Authentic Peruvian fusion cuisine with amazing atmosphere and outstanding service. A true gem In Pinecrest. The ceviche is the best in town with real fresh fish. My favorite is the Apaltado 1111 Ceviche with the amazing leche de Tigre and avocados !! The sticky shrimps are a must. 1111 has a fabulous Pisco sour selection and imported drinks.
