My spouse and I tried 1111 Nikkei for the first time today. We live in the area and decided to go on a lunch date. We arrived at 12 PM, when they open, and were the first folks there. The food was outstanding and came out quickly. We had the lomo saltado spring rolls, bao buns, tuna acevchiado roll, and the carretillero ceviche. Everything was great (spring rolls were especially good). We will be here again. Highly recommend.

Food and service very good but, the exhaust system is awful. You will have to take a shower after you eat here. order Takeou!

We wanted to try something new and different, and WOW, I am so happy we came across this restaurant. It is small, but the atmosphere is romantic, and the food is AMAZING. We will be returning as there is so much more to try.

We made a reservation on OpenTable for 3pm on Saturday, February 11. Some friends recommended this restaurant, so we decided to drive for 40+ minutes to experience the food and have a good time. We arrived promptly at 3pm and we were told that the restaurant was closed. Disappointed and frustrated by this and unable to review the food since we were turned away. Not even much of an apology. Why take a reservation for a time that the restaurant is closed?

Visited 1111 for the first time on Friday night (1-26-24). I had seen a post on Facebook about their new menu and all of the pictures looked amazing! So, I had to try it. We got there at about 9pm. It was a bit busy, but luckily there was a table for 2 available and we were immediately sat. There are plenty of options on the menu, but I would love to have some pictures with them. I ordered some edamame as an appetizer and we ordered some "fresco" ceviche to share. The fresco ceviche has a kind of thick sauce which I didn't love, but the ceviche fish was really good. I ordered the Tuna Acevichado sushi roll. It was very good. My husband got the Inka Maki. It was better than mine. We asked for soy sauce and the waiter said they recommend trying it alone first. So we did. It's good, and I don't recommend too much soy sauce, but I still prefer it with some. I gave service 4 instead of 5 stars just because it was kind of all over the place. They were very busy. We had a couple of different people wait on us and sometimes we waited longer because they weren't sure who was taking care of us. But it wasn't bad service. We didn't drink or get dessert. The meal was perfect as it was. Not too much, or too little. Our dinner came to $75 with tip. I'd love to go back and try some different sushi rolls and ceviches.

Love this place. A little loud, but the food is phenomenal and the service is exceptional. We're locals, very proud this business is in our neighborhood. Highly recommend.

The ceviche was good but the portion was too small and too expensive, $20, for a small ceviche. We didn’t even order desert, because for such small food portions I can’t even imagine the desert portion size. The waiters weren’t friendly they just didn’t show any interest in socializing with the customers. When asked one what was good to order, he said nothing. When we asked for the bill, he just wanted my card without showing me the bill. The food was good. But too overpriced and staff not friendly.

Exquisite flavor of wonderfully well balanced fusion of nikkei flavors (fusion).... It made sense to learn that the Restaurant s name was something/BISTRO in the past The portion was teeny- timy - small.. ? For a cup of soup that delivered phenomenal flavor, you really don't need more if you approach it “tapas” style.. leaving room to try other goodies... I would ve love to find in my Chupin even a single “choclo” corn ... and a piece of green “black mint” to give it a 9/10. Definitely would come back and recommend to any good-food lover.

Was looking forward to given I had seen some good reviews. It's was just Okay! The pork buns was the only fantastic thing on the menu. Ceviche was like any normal ceviche dish, nothing wow. Lomo saltado was a big plate of rice, barely any meat or fries-- to top it off the meat was bland and unsalted.

I love coming here with my family. The food is always delicious! I love their lomo saltado and all their ceviches. My dad is obsessed with their tiradito and orders it every time. We definitely keep this place on rotation for an easy, reliable meal.
