One of the worst experiences I've had in a restaurant in a long time. We arrived at 6:10. At 6:30 we're finally able to place drink and food order. Received drinks 5 minutes later. Ordered soup, chicken wings and quesadillas. 40 minutes later the waitress asked how we were doing. Advised her that we were not good because we had no food. Asked if we could at least get our soup. 20 minutes later we received our soup. They then advised us there was a problem and would comp our food. When our food came it was good but the overall experience was horrible and the bill included a tip!!! We paid the bill for the alcohol and added an additional tip but we're completely dissatisfied with service and general lack of attention.

Bartender acknowledged me within 10 mins of waiting to order, but continuously served at least 4 others who showed up after me. Then he was rude while trying to explain that he was gonna help another couple people when I tried telling him I was next. I ended up just leaving after close to 30 mins. He needs more training on helping people in order.

Food was good. Mini condiments are always fun! Awesome TV for game watching! My hubby was able to watch Game 1 of the world series and the first match of the MLS wildcard games at the same time. Very attentive service. Just peep your receipt as gratuity was included.

Food was average, was not very fresh and lacked in flavor. Shrimp was overcooked in the tacos, the croquettes lacked flavor, the fries were hardly warm, and the empanadas were just decent. I wouldn't venture out of your way to eat here, but if you're at the hotel and feeling lethargic, it's fine for the price in this area.
