It's a nice but old building, very well maintained and managed!! The garage always smells like your favorite grill, so it reminds you of all the nice restaurants in the vecinity. Publix right across the street and a Cuban market a block away with ready to go food too!! A free (yes,, in Miami) parking lot behind the building. Very nice!!
The staff here is incredibly nice. They made living here for four years much better. The location is great. Right in front of Margaret Pace Park and close to the Metromover. Apartments are spacious.
Best location in Edgewater, with 4 restaurants in the building. Walk to a supermarket next door and a 24 hour supermarket behind. Easy access to highways. Modern inside, nice amenities. Just 25 floors so it is not one of those 60 story impersonal towers. Highly recommend!
