Gave up on this food truck. Calling ahead to order does nothing because i always end up waiting another 30 minutes for the food. Since i only really eat the sandwiches, it makes no sense for me to go through that hassle. You are much better off going to Inca Grill which is close by and makes better sandwiches than 1821, and is actually a restaurant.

the food is really good, but they are NEVER ready at 7pm. i would advise you to come at the EARLIEST 8pm. either way it will take you a minimum of 30 minutes to get your food so just keep that in mind. i don’t think i’ll be coming back even though i really do like the food because of how disorganized they are and how long it takes to get your food. this is a food truck, not a restaurant, and even restaurants don’t take this long!

I really love Peruvian food. The quality, service and flavor of the food here is simply sublime. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Yes sometimes takes long to get your food but I can say without a doubt that it’s worthy. Never had a bad experience and it’s incredible that they give you free access to the sauces. Some places charge you. Keep the hard work guys! You rock!

Loaded fries were great and the only reason I'm not leaving less stars. We ordered the loaded fries and two chicken sandwiches. FYI: the sandwiches come with fries.Here is the catch; Sandwiches smelled, (the way chicken smells after being boiled in plain water and left in the fridge for a few days.) Definitely wasn't fresh. Even with mayo and their sauce I couldn't force myself to eat it. The only flavor the chicken had matched the smell forcing me to toss it in trash. I don't see us eating here again.
