I am literally stunned by the reviews of this place. You can hear them microwaving your food, it is terrible. The price is astronomical. You would get the same quality of food and drinks at a gas station, and pay less. This restaurant was the worst part of our entire trip. Thankfully we only stayed here one night. Unfortunately we had to eat 2 meals here.

I don’t know how this place got the four-point three rating. Everything is precooked and just heated up. Chicken fingers were processed meat sticks. Terrible!

Williams' attention was incredible! Super exquisite food, spectacular margaritas, Tequeños with a very Venezuelan flavor, without a doubt I felt like I was in my Venezuelan land, this place is highly recommended!!

Not from the area, we were uncertain where to have dinner. After searching around, we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised. First off, our friendly server, William, took our order and made us feel right at home. Prices were a bit high, but we found that to be the case everywhere we went in Miami and the Keys. He brought out our food fairly quickly and it was very good! My husband's wings were the best he's ever had. Turns out William was also the chef. It was a very good experience for us and our friends who were with us.
Very bad ceviche, super bad after bringing the food, every time they pass by asking if they should remove the plate without us to see that we finished eating as soon as we finished, they picked up everything and brought us the bill, everything super fast, bad service, I won't be back again.
