The ice creams are very delicious but the customer service is terrible. The truth is that they should take into account the attitude of the people before hiring them. The two ladies who are in the place are super rude, bad-tempered, arrogant, impolite, they don't even know in the slightest what service is. to the client.

First and last time! Very expensive gelato. Could have bought me a pint of Ben & Jerry's for the tiny $10 cup spent. AND they want 4% "cash discount" for using a credit card! Even I don't charge this at my own business! Ladies there are also rude telling me to "go complain to the owner" or "go complain on Google". Geez they just threw you under the bus Mr./Ms. owner!

Spanish speaking lady could not tell me what flavors she was selling and got angry with me about it. Every flavor was is vanilla THATS ALL SHE KNOWS AND IS INCREDIBLY RUDE MEAN FACE AND ALL. cant believe how someone is allowed to work with the public with no knowledge of what they are selling and cant even speak english.

The Gelato ("Cookies and Cream") was good, but sadly it didn't completely meet my expectations. Size wise was good/reasonable, but left wanting after the finish. Finding what the pricing was, was a bit of "hide and seek" (very small sign on only 1 side of a 3 sided counter). Being in the middle of the mall, "atmosphere" can be only so much. The attendant didn't seem too friendly but was civil. Worth a try.
