504 Sabor Catracho: A Must-Visit Taste of Honduras in Miami!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at 504 Sabor Catracho in Miami, and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for authentic, delicious Honduran cuisine served in a vibrant atmosphere, this is your new go-to spot.
The restaurant environment is truly welcoming. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, lively vibe, complemented perfectly by great Latin music playing in the background. It instantly sets the mood and makes for a fun, energetic meal. I also appreciated that the menu was easy to understand, allowing me to quickly decide on my order without feeling overwhelmed.
The food was great and tasted delicious—it was clearly the star of the show. I decided to try two classic dishes. First, I ordered the Baleadas with chicken and eggs. The flour tortilla was soft, the beans were perfectly seasoned, and the combination of tender chicken and fluffy eggs was incredibly satisfying. I also enjoyed the Ensalada De Pollo, which was fresh, flavorful, and a perfect complement to the Baleada. Both meals were truly satisfying and very delicious.
Beyond the incredible flavors, the service was excellent. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made the whole dining experience seamless. From seating to ordering to checking in, the level of care was noticeable, contributing significantly to how much I enjoyed my time there.
504 Sabor Catracho delivers on every front: authentic, delicious food, great ambiance, and truly excellent service. I highly recommend stopping by!

waited 40 MINUTES for ONE BALEADA. we got asked 3 times by 3 workers what our order was, with only 1 customer in the restaurant... & when we called to make the order they said “give me10 minutes.”
when we got there no one welcomed us or assisted us only got stared at until we said something to a worker.
even worse… the baleada was small and had no meat, barely any frijoles licuado & a thick tortilla… we paid $7.50 for this little thing, i gave them $20 cash & they managed to give me the wrong change. very disappointing.

Probably some of the worst Honduran food in Miami. Rice was so overcooked it was clumpy. The steak was super dry and had no flavor, it was like eating dry liver. Just awful. The refried beans were soupy. I had never had anything so bad. 😣 what a disappointment.
