The place was totally empty, which is ok if the service was quick and attentive but it was not. The food portions are very very small. Half of the items on the menu where not available. The name and information posted online are misleading as this is not a steak house. Don't recommend it.

It was wonderful, the waiter was the best, he was so friendly and polite even the restaurant was already closed. He patiently waited and served us with full smile and joy! The food was exquisite!

SoulEdge: Metropolis Aurora Dine there for lunch. The security at the entrance was cool. Front desk was cool about me taking pictures. When I arrived inside the restaurant. It was one server attending the only other client who got there before me. I remember I had to get his attention. Yes the dish presentations & portions are superb. However, inside the restaurant despite wearing business attire. I just felt a combination of lets get rid of him & treat him while he's being served. Visit dedicated to my ex German American girlfriend. A promise kept. Cue in the songs: Lady Gaga- " Always Remember Us this Way" and Aerosmith song - "Amazing" . ?? ?? ? ✌️

I ordered menu item, they served rice instead of roasted potatoes. I told my server, then they brought me fries. I told the “supervisor”, would not offer anything in return and stuck me with the 18% included tip too. Food was not good either. Save yourself the frustration.

Seriously bad experience… my daughter and I stayed here as a stop over on our way back from overseas. We went for lunch… her lunch came out 25 minuets before mine. When I asked they said that they forgot to put in my order. I was ready to walk off after she was finished but she wouldn’t let me because she didn’t want to embarrass anyone. So I made it clear that they should not serve lunch 25 minutes apart for the same table. They said that they were sorry but still charged full service for everything. The waiter even included an 18% tip for himself.I have worked in hospitality. There is no way that they served me 25 minutes after my party, still charged full price, and clicked the automatic gratuity button. Don’t go here. Stay here but don’t use this sad excuse for a restaurant.

buffet breakfast is extremely limited asked the chef for soft scrambled eggs and thet were well over cooked. nice guy, but didn't prepare them as i wanted. no pancakes?!?! how un-american is that?
I'll admit that I was skeptical about eating at a traditional steak house. How old fashioned and boring can you get? Now I can say how wrong I was. My BFF brought me here for a bday celebration and we had a blast. Sat at the bar and had cocktails, listened to the fantastic jazz trio and ate a fabulous steak dinner. Yum! The steak really was outstanding.

The date for dinner with friends was set long before I realized it was a Lenten Friday. Yet , the menu gave way to wonderful options for no meat. Poke was exceptional. Certainly the price per item on the menu hits the higher side but the quality of the products shows why it's well worth it.The drinks (wine and mixed) were a generous pour. What totally took it to the top is that our waitress was great -she listened and was quite attentive even though it was a packed house.Certainly the jazz music coming from the bar only added to a great evening. Had not been there in years but will certainly come back soon.

Our experience at 5300 on Christmas Eve wonderful. The highlight of our visit by our 5 star waiter. He was attentive and can mix a great mojito and delicious sangria. The lobster tail was outstanding as was the filet and branzino. Can I tell you ---- the Bananas Foster was fabulous! One thing was missing at the 5 star restaurant - candles on the tables and perhaps holiday decorations in the restaurant would have felt more like Christmas with this little touches.FYI: ignore the Yelp reviews. Yelp is not credible.
