We didn't realize the restaurant was inside a hotel when we booked, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The place was mostly empty, but the service was excellent and the music, hits from the '70s, '80s, and '90s, was perfect for us. The food was great across all courses, especially the thick, flavorful grouper. Parking was a bit tricky since hotel parking wasn't allowed, and the nearby lot had no sidewalks to the entrance, not a big issue but worth noting.

It was wonderful, the waiter was the best, he was so friendly and polite even the restaurant was already closed. He patiently waited and served us with full smile and joy! The food was exquisite!

SoulEdge: Metropolis Aurora Dine there for lunch. The security at the entrance was cool. Front desk was cool about me taking pictures. When I arrived inside the restaurant. It was one server attending the only other client who got there before me. I remember I had to get his attention. Yes the dish presentations & portions are superb. However, inside the restaurant despite wearing business attire. I just felt a combination of lets get rid of him & treat him while he's being served. Visit dedicated to my ex German American girlfriend. A promise kept. Cue in the songs: Lady Gaga- " Always Remember Us this Way" and Aerosmith song - "Amazing" . ?? ?? ? ✌️

I ordered menu item, they served rice instead of roasted potatoes. I told my server, then they brought me fries. I told the “supervisor”, would not offer anything in return and stuck me with the 18% included tip too. Food was not good either. Save yourself the frustration.

Seriously bad experience… my daughter and I stayed here as a stop over on our way back from overseas. We went for lunch… her lunch came out 25 minuets before mine. When I asked they said that they forgot to put in my order. I was ready to walk off after she was finished but she wouldn’t let me because she didn’t want to embarrass anyone. So I made it clear that they should not serve lunch 25 minutes apart for the same table. They said that they were sorry but still charged full service for everything. The waiter even included an 18% tip for himself.I have worked in hospitality. There is no way that they served me 25 minutes after my party, still charged full price, and clicked the automatic gratuity button. Don’t go here. Stay here but don’t use this sad excuse for a restaurant.

buffet breakfast is extremely limited asked the chef for soft scrambled eggs and thet were well over cooked. nice guy, but didn't prepare them as i wanted. no pancakes?!?! how un-american is that?
Great miami spice had both lunch and dinner definetly a comeback
