It's food. I had the salmon bowl. The salmon was fine, but the ingredients in the bowl just didn't work together. Couple that with the less than interested cashier and the very cramped seating, and I would say that this is only a "to go" place for moderately expensive, not great food.

Nice cafe in convenient location when staying at Grand Condominiums. Reasonable prices and good food. I went with spinach quiche which came with salad and an ice matcha latte. The quiche was light and delicious and the latte was okay. The staff is very friendly and the service quick and courteous. I would have liked a few more menu options but really enjoyed what I did order. Excellent balance of location, friendly service, and good food will keep me coming back.

The menu offers a diverse selection of breakfast options, and we enjoyed our meals on the first two days, praising the quality and taste of the dishes.However, our satisfaction took a hit on the third day when I ordered the French toast. Unfortunately, the dish was served undercooked, resembling dough rather than the expected texture of well-cooked French toast. Hoping to avoid any inconvenience, I discreetly flagged down servers multiple times but received no response. Feeling compelled to address the issue, I eventually took the plate to the cashier.To my disappointment, the person in charge acknowledged the mistake and mentioned that I should have brought it to their attention earlier. While I appreciate the admission of fault, the response lacked the expected courtesy. Instead of expressing gratitude for the feedback, there was a slight implication that I was at fault for not addressing the issue sooner.Caffè & Bottega could improve its customer service by not only rectifying mistakes promptly but also by handling customer feedback with more appreciation. In my case, a simple acknowledgment of the issue and a thank you for bringing it to their attention would have sufficed. The slight defensive tone from the person in charge detracted from an otherwise enjoyable dining experience.Despite this setback, I acknowledge that the previous two days were pleasant, and the majority of the dishes were well-prepared.
