Came here for the first time to celebrate my sister in laws marriage.
This is the reason for my 2 star review, although there are many places to take photos the service was not up to par.
First, Kids eat free all summer with the purchase of an adult entree. Our total bill was $425 with the gratuity charged and we realized the kids meals were included. When we asked the server why she said “We needed to tell her when we ordered that we knew about kids eat free or else we’re charged” That makes zero sense, if the restaurant is advertising kids eat free then it should be automatically taken off the bill why do I have to mention that I know about it? May I also add it is advertised on the TV screen in the restaurant! We asked to speak to a manager who removed 1 kids mac and cheese but server rang the other one in as a “side of mac and cheese” even though we ordered a kids meal. So only 1 taken off…
Next reason, When ordering food the server also was not transparent. My mom asked for paella and server said “which way do you want it? Lobster or the mussels and shrimp” My mom replied I would prefer lobster, not knowing and not being told it was an additional $30 on top of the $35 for the paella. Super sneaky of the server to do and when we brought it up she had a bad attitude and walked away.
Overall a cute place but with snotty waitresses and our first visit we will not come back

Food was good but service was terrible. Waitress didn’t check on us we kept asking for water and the dessert menu and she would just keep disappearing. Would ask for a refill on drinks and she would just not come lmao. Waiting and waiting and waiting still nothing. Was trying get check and waitress was nowhere to be found. After 15 minutes we got someone else’s attention and they made the check wrong. Again waitress was nowhere where to be found. We came at 5pm it’s not busy at all so don’t know why we had this service.

I immediately fell in love with the LOVELY atmosphere. You walk in feeling instantly happy. A romance novel, meets a delicious cocktail. They make your experience feel one of a kind. Highly recommend “A Dance with the Devil”. 😈. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary and they made sure we would never forget the experience. The VIOLIN PLAYER. I’m in love. 🥰 So many opportunities for photos and memories.

My company hosted an event last night and it was amazing! Everybody raved about the food, and the service was outstanding. Jessica was so easy to work with throughout the process. I’m actually from Chicago so I was concerned about not being on site until the day before but everything was perfect when I arrived. Absolutely loved the space and will definitely be recommending it to others!

I had my son and daughter in laws wedding rehearsal at Love Story and I could not be any happier. I dealt with Jessica, who was absolutely amazing. The place was beautiful inside and out. We had a private area in the back and a private area on the deck just for my party of 34. Everyone stated how they had such a great time and the food was amazing. I chose the pasta buffet and people were able to choose their pasta, sauce and the fixings they liked. The food was delicious and the staff was amazing. Outside was amazing with many opportunities to take beautiful pictures. I would recommend Love Story to anyone who is looking for a beautiful place with good food.
The restaurant is beautiful. Service is great. Food is tasty but lacks on quality. Ordered steak medium temperature and was served medium well. Also, cut off beef had tendons. Maybe I'll try something else next time. Drinks were fantastic.

Fabulous experience going to Love story! I had the idea of going for a while but I hadn't found the right time to do it, and I think I was right to wait. The place was super romantic and carefully decorated. Excellent service and above all quite a bit of diversity in the menu. And for photo lovers, it is carefully designed so that every corner of the restaurant is designed to take photos or create an environment conducive to the post. Impressed with the quality of the food. Due to my seafood allergies, I didn't try any seafood, but this chicken was 100% worth it. This chicken wrapped in bacon and served with this pink sauce was a great reason to brighten my afternoon. And my husband ordered a sea risotto and not only was its presentation excellent, but the flavor was unforgettable, according to what he tells me. Excellent quality and I would go again many more times.
