We had the vanilla ice cream, really good. The staff was very nice and kind to our young daughter. Amazing place.

I got a Honey Vanilla Latte or that’s what I think it was from A-OK and it was the best coffee I’ve had in Miami! It was recommend by the staff and it was AMAZING Please go if you ever shop at Aritzia or just to buy the coffee, it’s so worth it! The staff was beautiful and so sweet 🥺

Lovely decor and staff, bad croissants and hot chocolate.

I’m very disappointed. I made a big order of four matcha. Then I came back five minutes later to buy more matcha and two ice creams. I showed them a photo my friend took (she bought the same ice cream there, and it had the ice cream on top with a swirl)
But they made mine completely flat, just a cup with no top at all. When I asked them to make it like in the photo, they refused twice. Only the third time, when I said it was a little gift for my friends and I wanted it exactly like the picture, they finally agreed but with attitude. Like, what’s the problem with just adding the ice cream on top? They’ve done it before for my friend. Like…What a joke 🙈. The service was honestly terrible.

The matcha is terrible. Has a super bad after taste of artificial sweetener. Couldn’t even finish it.

This is a cute cafe but their matcha is essentially milk with syrup. It's not good matcha at all and it has a very light green color which means they put a very small amount. Definitely do not go here for matcha. The staff was kind and courteous though.

I was really excited to try this new coffee spot — the design is beautiful and the concept is very cool! Unfortunately, the coffee and the chai were both quite bad, we couldn’t even finish them. I also thought it was a coffee shop with a nice seating area, but it turns out you just grab your drink and sit in the mall. Not exactly the cozy or premium experience I was expecting.

A-OK Café, located just before entering the new Aritzia at Brickell City Centre, is a sleek little spot with a nice aesthetic but not much substance beyond that. The design feels polished and Instagram-ready, yet the coffee itself is underwhelming , true to the name, just “A-OK.” It’s fine if you’re already in the area, but not worth going out of your way for. The highlight is the selection of pastries from Caracas Bakery, which adds some credibility and flavor to an otherwise average experience. Overall, it’s a pretty space with forgettable coffee and limited reason to return.
