I'm just gonna say it: I honestly expected so much more. I cringe to rate this 3 stars, but I cannot give it 4.

The ambiance and interior design is so bland, its entirely off-putting. Seating was uncomfortable. There was a cold, lack of warmth. Like I was eating in the lobby of a bank. Not great.

Service was friendly, kind and relaxed. No Bartender available during breakfast or brunch, so it's disappointing to have a weekend breakfast without liquor. And I was not in the mood for a sad mimosa.

Food was good, but there's room for improvement. French toast was crusty and almost burnt. Great flavor, but not rich, fluffy and decadent as you'd expect.

The avocado toast looked delicious, but the egg white mushroom omelet was terribly unappealing. It was white blob on a white plate. No greens, nothing else. Looked awful.

Menu is sparse and pricey.

To me, hotel restaurants need to do more to compete. We are in Miami, food central, where epic views can be found all over. So with Adrift Mare on the 25th floor, the food and beverage needs to be WOW!

I won't be back. This place is a miss for me.

Parking: Valet is available
I parked at the garage in the building directly north adjacent to Hotel AKA. It was easy but no elevator that I could find and very expensive

This place deserves more footfall. The bartenders were amazing. We got complimentary sparkling wine from the front desk. I would visit again just to try their food.

We were a large group of colleagues (15-20 people) or a business meal on a weekday night. The ambience was fantastic - with sweeping views of the Brickell skyline and ocean. It had a large outdoor balcony - suitable for smokers. The interior design was luxurious, with high ceilings, however that's where it stopped to be excellent. First they wouldn't allow us to place some balloons for a colleague's farewell party. Then the service was awful (even for Miami standards). It took 2 hours for the food to arrive and at a certain point they stopped taking orders as the kitchen was overloaded. The staff intentionally hid from the group and did not pass by one portion of the group and when questioned about not taking orders, they gave a weak excuse that they did not see them. I had some colleagues unfortunately walk out as it was past 9pm and they had no food. They were starving. While the food was good, portions were small. At the end the manager provided us free champagne to compensate however they should have compensated part or the entire meal. Do not go here unless you want simply a drink at the bar to admire the views. I get better service at la Caretta with 1/3 of the cost and smiling, friendly staff.

We were excited to try a Michelin star restaurant while visiting Miami. We dined at 8:00 on a Saturday night and there were 2 other couples in the restaurant. Our server was gracious and very attentive but the food was not what we were expecting. Ordered the calamari for appetizer and it was good but small portion for $27.00. The burger was just OK nothing special and the crispy eggplant was not edible. It was so burnt that after one bite I had to send it back. I wish that I would have taken a picture because I couldn't find one online to see if it was just a one off. Then the drinks, I had a vodka martini and it came in a glass that resembled a tulip bud. The tiniest martini I have ever seen at $22.00/pop! Needless to say our bill was super expensive and they add 20% gratuity automatically for the 2 of us. We probably would have tipped our waiter more since he was so nice and none of our issues were his fault but to already add it to the bill was a tacky gesture on this restaurant. There is a reason so few diners on a busy Saturday night in Miami.

Last night's dining experience at Adrift Mare was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish served was a culinary masterpiece, with flavors that danced harmoniously on the palate. The cocktails were crafted with an artistry that matched their exquisite taste. But beyond the impeccable menu, it was the ambiance that truly set the scene - elegant, yet inviting, creating the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable evening. Adrift Mare isn't just a meal; it's a destination for those who appreciate the finer things in life.

From the moment we walked in, to the last moments at dinner, Caesar, our server and Philip, the manager gave my partner and I white glove service. We felt very special having chosen to spend our anniversary here! The food was great and the ambience was very romantic.

Food was excellent. They kept bringing us bottles of water without is asking . So make sure to stop them before they open them because it would be added to bill. It's rather cold so dress accordingly. Food came out in a good time.

Food was great but the service was slow. Like slower than I've ever experienced for an empty restaurant by when we got there. Everyone was really nice but I would give five stars if it was faster. The chicken thigh kebab was good and the pita and dip as well. The pesto pasta also came out cold but I did not mention to anyone flavor was good.

We had a girls night out here at Adrift Mare. The service was fantastic. The food came out a little bit slow and it was cold at first but once we let this over now, they remake the things that were cold and it was absolutely delicious and much better! We loved the calamari and all our entrees were delicious! The views of the bay were beautiful!

Food was excellent. I would highly recommend the chicken kebab. Our waitress Genesis provided great service. Philip, the manager, stopped by our table to say hi and offered superb recommendations. We will be back for sure.

This is not the cheapest place in the world but for a 25th floor in Brickell, the prices are actually reasonable! The drinks were delicious, the food was great, steak was cooked perfectly and so was the tuna, but the star was the pita bread and dips appetizer, that is a must. The service was excellent as well, we never waited too long and our server was very attentive. And the restaurant is beautiful and the view is unforgettable. Will definitely come back and try the happy hour

This was not a 1st time at Adrift Mare, but probably the last one. The dishes we tried before were still good, but new additions to the menu were not tasty at all. Quite a disappointment! Also, we ordered a bottle of wine and when we ask for a 2nd one, the restaurant did not have it. We asked for another savingnon blank bottle that was on the menu, but inquired whether the price of the 1st one would be honored. We got a hard NO - so not customer oriented and ruined our mood. I also want to note, that despite the restaurant being on a high floor, it is also a hotel entrance. So while you dining, you have all walks of life passing you by - half naked, loud, with dogs, kids and luggage and this is a very disruptive for the high-end dining and ruins the ambiance.
