It’s like a little piece of Japan in the middle of Miami. Great place.

We were recommended AHI from a friend and we were not disappointed. Great omakase with flavorful, fresh pieces. The chef was sensitive to my needs even during the tasting. We will definitely be coming back.

The food quality was really amazing. They only offer one type of sale which is very nice but costs $120 for a large bottle. We ended up paying over $450 for 2 people. For a small, simple place like this I would not expect to pay this much. There are better options in Miami at this price point.

I had to cancel and they charged me $120.00.On their website it says that if you cancel within 24 hours, then they will charge $60, be careful. It isn't true.

Pretty cool omakase experience - quality fish - I liked how we got the place to ourselves for most of the experience. Make sure to get ice cream at Azucar and check out ball and chain after.

Bryan makes great Omakase… great place.. amazing experience

This is one of our favorite omakase places in Miami. We have been to them all. Even the pop ups. Ahi is great, authentic Japanese omakase. If you like intimate small, causal setting with quality sushi / sashimi, I suggest this place. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

The chef and the food are amazing, super quality and worth the price but at the end we always pay for the ambiance too and the place needs Improvement for the price it's charging, too expensive for a Calle 8 tiny simple place

I really like this place.. the sushi is so fresh. And you can tell the take pride in there food and work. The only thing that really bothers me is it nearly impossible to order. It seems like every-time I go in there even for take out I can’t place a order. It’s really annoying.. I wish they had another person in there to help. Because I really do love their sushi, but it really sucks to drive up there and be told “no we can’t take your order”.. I wish they could change that.

Best omakase I've had in Miami! Tiny restaurant with a small counter for 6 people. There were only 4 of us in the restaurant so it's very intimate but the chef and his assistant are so nice and friendly. Most importantly, the sushi is SO good. Super fresh fish, perfectly executed nigiri, and just enough food to feel perfectly satisfied and not overly full. This place is a gem.

A Calle Ocho Gem ?! Ahi Sushi is amazing! We’re local and we’ve passed by it many times but tonight, we finally got a chance to dine. Brian is an incredible sushi chef and he prepared us a personalized menu with different sashimi options. The fish was super fresh and the saki was divine. It’s a very intimate setting, big enough for 5-6 people. So we appreciated chatting with Brian and seeing him work his magic. That in itself was part of the overall experience. So don’t miss out on this very unique space in the middle of the craziness of Calle Ocho.

If you walk down 8th street too fast, you'll miss this hole in the wall sushi spot. Omakase is the specialty here and you would have made a mistake if you choose anything else. The food is so thoughtfully prepared and executed that you are excited to see chef put each dish together. It's just chef and his assistant serving the six seat room and it makes for an intimate experience. This is hands down the best sushi in Miami.

It's quite an experience, feeling how the fish melts in your mouth with perfect temperature of the rice and the touch of flavor that is a chef's surprise. Chef Brian gives you a great service, explaining how to eat and what you are eating plus his music make the ambiance perfect. My favorite OMAKASE in Miami.

Amazing little sushi restaurant in the middle of Little Havana. Omakase menu was spectacular. We had saki. Chef took his time and explained each course. I never thought that I liked uni. This uni was amazing. All fish flown in from Japan that morning. Very fresh.
