Disastrous! I went on Saturday morning and sat outside for about 40 minutes before, I assume, the manager—a bald man who spoke Spanish—came over. He took my order; I asked for coffee, and he not only brought me the wrong coffee but also served me incredibly poorly, rushing and speaking rudely. I didn't say anything at the time because I was so surprised that something like that could happen. Then one of the waitresses came to ask me about my order—I think she was a brunette, she introduced herself but I don't remember her name—and she asked me again if she could take my order, which I didn't understand since I had already ordered. I explained this to her, and she rolled her eyes at me. She was a girl with long black hair. Then another person came with food, but it wasn't my order, and they took it away and gave it to another table. Finally, they brought my food; it wasn't bad, and I didn't want to complain because honestly, it was better than the terrible service I had received. Especially the manager's attitude. I do not recommend this place, and I'm writing this here so that no one else has to go through this.

Walked in around 5 PM on a Sunday, we were sat right away. The outside patio is cute with ambient lighting and a smooth playlist. Our server, Brandy, was friendly and on top of our needs! Ask for her if you dine here :-)
Very beautiful hotel and a great location. Amazing rooftop pools. Great service. Make sure you get Maria at the Ahumar restaurant. She is amazing and very kind!

Hideous service. So slow. Wait staff confused and often gets orders wrong. Poor listeners! Food is mediocre at best and the scrambled eggs are dry and very overcooked. Stay away unless you're getting your food discounted while staying at Dua hotel

As we were staying at the Dua Hotel, we dined in the restaurant on arrival. We were greeted warmly and offered a choice of where to sit. We shared a couple of pizzas which were delicious and we were served by Cathi who was both engaging and professional in looking after us. Indeed she also took care of us the next day during “apertivo hour” and once again her service and willingness to interact with us was delightful.
We were extremely impressed with the restaurant both in terms of food, service & ambience and would not hesitate to recommend. We shall certainly make for the venue next time we find ourselves in Miami.
