I ordered a Buy 1, Get 1 Free item through Uber Eats, and they only delivered one. Completely misleading promotion! When I called to complain, they told me I had to go to the restaurant in person to speak with the manager — absolutely ridiculous, especially since the order was for delivery.
👉 Phone service is disrespectful, no one solves anything, and they try to push the responsibility onto the customer.
🍣 The food arrived terrible, cold, and with questionable taste. Honestly, I don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. Total lack of respect for the customer.

I order from Uber so I can't comment on atmosphere or service. But their food was on point. Usually when I order crispy rice dishes I'm always disappointed because only the top & bottom are crispy. I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised that this spicy tuna crispy rice was actually crispy, well seasoned and delicious. We also ordered the Mr. Mariano and that was delicious as well. Will be ordering again

The food was absolutely outstanding, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We ordered several dishes, but the highlight was definitely the Emperor’s Sashimi Mori. The fish was incredibly fresh, perfectly sliced, and full of flavor. It’s a must-try for any sashimi lover.
We chose to sit outside, and the ambiance was just perfect. The outdoor seating area is beautifully arranged, with a relaxing atmosphere that made our meal even more enjoyable. Prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the food and the overall experience.
It was one of those meals where everything just felt right: great food, excellent service, and a lovely setting. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommended.

Ordered a Bellini - they were out of peach puree; passion fruit martini and the red sangria were nothing to brag about-lacking flavor. Ordered an Alex roll and Mr Mariano and they were decent. The Bao buns were very good. Poor service although we were a part of 3 when they had 3 other tables. Waiters were busy talking to each other which, once I got the bill and saw the MANDATORY 18% tip, that explained why.
