45 minutes waiting for a hamburger that arrived cold at the table, I made the claim and with zero costumer service attitude they responded, It's al Carbon!!! You have to wait... and they arrived cold🤮 the terrible potatoes, charged separately every $5, the soda apart almost $5 and the dirty and disgusting burger $15, we paid for the worst burgers in Miami (2) $50 plus the tips aside that didn't deserve it the waitress but out of pity we added it to the bill... They are sad and disgusting🤮🤮 and very expensive for the service they provide and obviously, for the hamburgers, zero recommended, there is a Macdonals nearby, on Coral Way, Stop shi they don't get to Al Carbon raw, cold and zero flavor🤮🤮🤮
Uber drivers DO NOT accept orders from this restaurant when you walk in they lie and tell you 5 minute wait time for the food just for you to see people walk in after you and get their food first. They DO NOT make the orders in the correct order. I waited 25 minutes to get the order and once I did the cook gave me attitude when I grabbed the food from his hand even though I had my hand there hand holding my phone screen facing his face showing him I was confirming the order he yanked the food away from me. What a great attitude especially after making me wait 25 minutes for food. They lie do not make orders on time or in the right order and I was sitting by the bar I could hear people talking in the kitchen almost the entire time overly talking as if they were just messing around and not even doing what they were suppose to be doing. 1/10 service 0 out of 5 stars. As you can see in the screenshot it should not have taken me 39 minutes to finish an order this close to Al Carbon

Wow, this place is great! We had the Mexican stuffed burger with fried and the Churrasco with a salad and sweet potato fries. The burger was thick and juicy with gooey cheese in the middle. It was topped with bacon and guacamole on a toasted bun. The Churrasco was perfectly cooked medium rare and came with a delicious chimichurri. The fries and sweet potato fries were deliciously crispy in the outside and soft on the inside. Even the salad was great with a tangy oil and vinegar dressing, mixed greens and fresh tomatoes. Overall an excellent meal.

This place has great food but be prepared to wait at least an hour for the food to come out. Small kitchen definitely doesn’t help. Also, do not get delivery! If you order through an app be prepared to wait 1 ½ hours for food to arrive.
