Beware of dining!!! Came in for dinner. I was seated promptly, then never saw an employee again. Sat there for 10-15 mins, with nothing no water, no drink menu. Clearly didn't wanna serve me so I left. Atmosphere was cute but thats all I can this place.

We've been to Alma Rosa several times. We really liked the atmosphere, but now it's very dull. They don't have DJs anymore, and that was a nice touch for the place! I hope they bring back the music.

Best experience while visiting Miami. Food was phenomenal, there was indoor seating, and our waiter was very attentive, warm, and welcoming. Also appreciated the extra love we were getting with the little on the house items. Hope to come back next time I’m in Miami.

The food was good but the service? The service was the best thing this restaurant has! How amazing customer service is, the host, the waitress, the ambience, everything everyone! Definitely will go back!

I made a reservation and when I arrived wasn't allowed to sit inside...was told there was a private event! The 1st reservation flag was we asked for water 2x and it took about 15 minutes. The food was ok place looked nice but service was terrible for the price and empty!

TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!!! I went Friday 7/25 - when making reservation I was not informed there was a private event and had to sit outside, but there was no private event going on. There was no DJ nor fire dancers. We had to wait more than 15 minutes for water. Another red flag was too many empty tables at dinner time (8 p.m.), yet we had to wait long for drinks (more than 20 min) and food; the restaurant was not busy! We also felt like the waitress was stereotyping us! Bottomline, the place is nicely decorated but is is not a true traditional Mexican restaurant. The burger, guacamole and drinks were the only good thing as service was terrible!! We are never going back!

We agreed to get a table for a certain price only to get charged $200+ dollars on the entrance because of “tax and extra fees”. We had to pay 826$ when the agreed price 610$ with a promoter.

It pains me to write this, but I speak my truth especially when it comes to food and service.
I was craving tacos and decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, for the price point, it felt more like an outdoor club patio with Tulum-inspired decor and a mixed Mexican/international menu, rather than a true traditional Mexican restaurant.
I ordered a glass of white wine, but the server brought guacamole instead a strange and slightly comical mix-up. To add to the surprise , there’s a club entrance right in front of some of the tables, which completely throws off the dining vibe, but ok.
We ordered the Chingon burger (well done, no cheese) and tacos al pastor. The guacamole was made tableside, which was a nice touch, but the burger still came with cheese. At that point, I had lost my appetite and just took it to go.
The concept has potential the place is pretty and has a vibrant Latin aesthetic, but the food accuracy, service, and pricing need serious improvement. With so many international dishes on the menu, it’s hard to see it as a “true” Mexican spot.

My friends & I all bought tickets online ($20 each) . When we arrived we were told that every guy is an additional $40 EACH up front on top of the online ticket that was purchased . This was never disclosed online . The worker also said he couldn’t refund us our ticket because it was bought online & not in person. Terrible service . Won’t be coming back. (Mind you , we paid another $20 just for parking , & didn’t even get to go inside the venue)

Paid for $60 in tickets and wasn’t allowed in since they advised we had to spend an additional $40 in two shots before being allowed in.
