Everything they use is frozen nothing is fresh. At least use fresh fruit toppings. Theres no flavor or taste. Quality is baddd. Tasted 🤢🤢🤢

Today I ordered a single strawberry banana and peanut butter smoothie for my kids. Nothing fancy, no toppings. The total was $15.83 which included gratuity, and then I was prompted to tip more. The smoothie was just fine, perhaps worth 7 or 8 dollars at most. I can’t anymore with these Miami spots and their gauging. They wonder why no one comes back.

I am a big fan of this restaurant. I love the one in Spain so I had high expectations for the miami location. The restaurant is beautiful!!!! The service was amazing. The attention to service is top notch. Although the menu is catered to Miami, it lived up to the expectations. The frog legs were incredibly well prepared. We went the seafood route for the main course were very pleased with the food. We will definitely revisit to try other dishes.

Went to their Madrid location, and it was so much better in Spain. Although a beautiful place and great service, the food left to be desired. And the crowd, well, it’s Brickell, not the prettiest crowd in town. This place should have been in Miami Beach to perhaps offer some competition to Mila

Waiting 1and half hours in he line...and the bouncer just get in people who payed ....diagusting...it was empty inside ..and line outside..if tje owner wanna amake rich the bodyguard...and keep the bar empty. .keep up...bro..bad business..bad decision.....not a smart move...!!!..everybody handeld money for the entrance...lol....good choice...

I recently visited this amazing spot and was blown away by their incredible smoothies. The customer service, particularly from Johana, was top-notch. I also tried their chicken and avocado crepes, which were packed with flavor and tasted amazing.

Almost $20 for an açai bowl without protein is bunkers. Not to mention they automatically charge 15% gratuity when this is not a restaurant and customers order from counter and sit outside. Do NOT com here!

Great place good product but the cashiers automatically take tip just for taking the order the menu said 12.99 plus tax and automatic tip with tax was 16.46 , that is wrong tip can not be inculuded autoamticly , is up to the client if they want to give it to the cashier.
