For a so called flagship lounge of a manor airline, the quality of the food os shocking. Less champagne and cheese monger (cheap basic cheeses) and more decent food.
I expect more from you towards your top flyers. Other airlines, credit card companies and even British Airways, provide a superior quality. I hope they improve.

Maria and Jorge are hands down the best bartenders! Their service is always on point friendly, attentive, and they really know how to take care of their guests. They make the whole experience even better every time.

They charge $5 for bottled water but give free liquor? . Absolutely absurd. AA lounges in many airports around the world, including the USA, do not charge for water!

When you enter the airport and if you have Clear, it's too far for you to use Clear so there's no point of having Clear coming in American Airlines in Miami

Just want to give a big shout out to the staff here. A champagne station right at the entrance is always a welcome sight.
I was particularly impressed by staff member Patricia, who went out of her way to check whether a dish contained oil when I asked, and then brought me something I could actually eat. A small touch, but a meaningful one.
Nice facilities. Very comfortable.

It's fine. Subpar food, like all AA lounges. My issue with D15 is that it doesn't open until 5:30 am. There are no less than 3 dozen people waiting in line every time I'm here, from 5am. If there is a need, why not open at 5am like the D30 lounge?
We are waiting for several hours at the American Airlines Lounge D15 in Miami. There are so many employees here, and some are working so hard, including the bartenders.
There is a QR code to order food and drinks to your table. We placed an order, tip included, which said there'd be a ten minute wait. We've waited 40 minutes. On the way to get my own drinks I counted six employees standing talking to each other or just staring at people in a group. This place is large and full of people, I'm not sure why they are all standing in one place.
I'm sure they have assigned tasks and are not intentionally doing nothing. Maybe there needs to be a better system? Better task list? The bartenders are working overtime and could definitely use some help. Who is managing this QR code system?
I'm perfectly capable of getting my own food and drinks, but a lounge is a spendy and a treat. I've been to several lounges, just curious why this system isn't working. They have enough staff.

The club at D30 has become worse and worse with every trip. Overcrowded---There's a line to get in. I have actually seen people standing against the walls trying to eat a snack. Rude guests---they hog up empty seats for their bags (not other people). Then they catch an attitude when you ask if the seat is empty or ask them to move their bag. Cleanliness---dirty tables not cleaned quickly when it is packed with standing room only. Bathrooms used to be spotless. Not anymore. Clearly adults haven't learned to make sure the toilet actually flushed before the next person. This is not just peak time. It's all the time.

I feel I deserve some kind of refund. Absolutely crowded. If we are paying for this “luxury” then it should be just that. The circus atmosphere was like getting into and out of a clown car. Not even room to just stand and wait for our plane. MIA Admirals club has been demoted to Seaman.
