American Airlines Flagship Lounge

Not so special Lounge. Food was good, however the American Airlines policy of not allowing a loyal Emerald level customer with their children on the Lounge deserves a 1* rating. In most OneWorld Louges they are allowed, but seems here family is not so important

Surprisingly good experience during a visit.

Relatively modern amd spacious, its deceptive how big the the lounge is as it stretches all the way round the atrium view. Lots of seating to the left of where you enter if the buffet area is full which also ended up being quiet also

Stocked bar as well as dedicated champagne area. A single long row for the food. Salad, hot food and deserts served here and was replenished on a good cadence.

Ample lounge next to the Admiral’s Club with large selection of drinks, snacks, and food. There was a ceviche station when I came this time.

Quieter than the main lounge, good food selection, including an omelet bar for breakfast.

Take a shower, you stink.

Excellent service from American Airlines could not fault the service and cleanliness of the place . A bit expensive at $89 but if you are there for a decent period of time it works out well for you . Very polite and friendly staff . Shower rooms if you required them . The staff kept well on top of the cleaning of everything and the food areas were kept very clean and tidy a real plus in my view . Cannot praise the staff enough for a wonderful relaxing few hours before our flight .

Very disappointing visit
Hardly any items for those with dietary requirements.
One member of staff tried to help, and gave us a help desk number.
Erika tried to stop her.
"We don't give out numbers"
It's a help desk number for goodness sake.
Probably great for those who are fortunate enough to not have any allergens. But for anyone else I would stay away.
Gnocchi, hot food section finished at 18.30 hrs.
Jorge tried to help but it was impossible with such a limited selection.
