I placed an online order for two entrees on their own website. One of the options is to select the dressing you want for the salad. When my son arrived to pick up the order, the lady at the register said that the salad wasn't included with the meal after he noticed that the salads weren't in the bag. When he showed her a screenshot of the order and recommended that they update their website if it isn't included, her response was "our customers know that it's not included"....read full review
Excellent customer service. They are aimed to please their customers. From the welcoming host to the kitchen staff, they make your dining experience memorable. Food is excellently prepared and presented, and moderately priced. Saturday is our weekly date night, and Amici is the steady place to go.
