Ordered here because of the reviews. Tried to find a good place down south . Never again, where is the flavor? The yams were not Yamming, very dull, I guess it’s not candied yams and the mac n cheese didn’t do justice either. I had high hopes for this place.

I’ve been here once but eaten from here about 3 times and let me tell you there’s nothing like food made from the soul that leaves you shaking your head in disbelief. The environment is always clean and friendly. Even when one of my orders was through doordash and was late, the food was STILL delicious. (Not the restaurants fault btw) the chocolate cake is yummy. The food was awesome and fulfilling. Anyway I give this place a 9/10 im not just overhyping this. As a foodie this leaves my soul feeling satisfied. Don’t expect 5 star quality, expect food made with love

I wish this place the absolute best. I noticed this restaurant on Doordash and decided to give it a try. However, I didn't want to order through Doordash because there were no reviews, and it is about 30 minutes away, so I decided to drive there. Upon walking inside, I noticed the place was spotless and had an excellent vibe. I smelled no aromas of Southern food, and it was empty. The cashier was soft-spoken and seemed polite. The food display didn't look freshly made after being opened for about 3 hours. I ordered Mac & Cheese, Lima Beans, Candied Yams, and Oreo Cookie Cake. In my honest opinion, everything tasted canned or boxed. It left me with an unsettling headache. Also, the cake tasted very close to being spoiled. It crumbled when trying, which confirmed that it was old. I spent $27.00 on side menu items and a slice of cake. I would recommend this place as I do support small businesses. However, I would encourage them to hire a chef and possibly someone with a background in hospitality management. It does have the potential to do well in that area, and I would go back if the food is cooked from scratch and prepared on the same day.

I really enjoyed my visits to antie ruths I have been there for seafood Saturday and the sweet and spicy shrimp is great! The customer service is terrific! Today i had the meatloaf pie with mashed potato and gravy it was very very tasty and good. The lime beans were great and the green beans were delicious the ribs very tender and great the cornbread was perfect

I tried the meatloaf pie today and it was 10 out of10! The meat was seasoned and well flavored. The potato on top sealed the deal. The gravy was perfect!

I ordered from this place on uber and the buy 1 get get 1 free was available but the food they wasn't, the store called me told me to cancel on my end cause their end ran out of time. I cancel THEM PEOPLE TOLD ME I OWE THEM $22 FOR CANCELATION AND EVERYTHING ELS IS TIPS AND COMPENSATION FOR THE UBER!!!!!! SO I WAS OUT OF $32 AND NO FOOD!!!! MAN I WAS PISSED YESTERDAY! MY KIDS WAS HUNGRY, U SHOULD ASHAMED..... MIND YALL EVERYONR IT WAS MY FIRST TIME. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Pretty restaurant with incredibly sweet workers. HOWEVER, food was incredibly underwhelming. Firstly, no ribs, baked beans, or potato salad on a Sunday??? The Mac and cheese and baked chicken I did get was freezing cold and under seasoned. The cornbread was the best part of the meal 🤷🏽♀️

From the moment we entered we were greated by 2 young men who were very nice and working hard. A pleasant departure from the norm today. The food was on point to say the least. Fresh fried chicken, black eyed peas, mac and cheese, lime beans and greens each outdid the other. We will be back.

Your employees are lovely human beings. After getting so lucky as to get a flat tire on a Friday afternoon as I'm parking in front of this restaurant, I informed the employees at the restaurant. He said it wouldn't be a problem that i was stationed there for a bit. I called for a tow but the employees came out offering to help in changing the tire. As I was already waiting, I truly didn't want to burden the young men. They continuously checked in on me and my 2 kids waiting outside. They even made sure we were hydrated in this FL heat. A million thank yous to your employees, they deserve the very best!

Let me start off by saying they have the best fried pork chops in Dade County. I always get the fried pork chops with smothered gravy over rice. If you’re looking for a good soul food restaurant check out Antie Ruth. The customer service was excellent.
