These were my favorite crackers and I would go through 3-4 PACKS A WEEK! They are not cheap but the taste was so good I was spending the money to but them regularly. However, in recent months they have significantly lost their taste and quality. Really what they’re missing is the saltiness they use to have on top and it’s made all the difference in the world. Now they’re just bland and don’t taste like anything. They need to correct the recipe or people will stop paying the standard price of $3.69 for 7oz of bland baked flour.

I have bought your Deliciosas Cuban crackers for a long time, but ever since the wide distribution and, I guess the demand, they are terrible. They have no taste to them; tried again today. So, nope. I will no longer buy them.

It is a dirty place not suitable for preparing food, the owner mistreats the employees. I have been there two or 3 times and he always speaks very rudely to his employees.

Best Cuban crackers ever; however it looks as if Winn Dixie has stopped selling them.

I agree with most of the people who found them “rancias” I keep buying them but once in a while, more than once than in a while they have the smell. They should do something about because they are the best Cuban Crackers in Miami!

I buy these crackers in a local market in Tampa. Usually these crackers are very good, unfortunately this time not good at all. The crackers smell of rancid oil, badly. I called Antonella and spoke to a very nice young man and made him aware of the issue. He said he would contact his distributor to collect the bags from the local stores. He did not offer any replacements.Unfortunately I can’t find my receipt from the store I purchased them from so let see if I can get my money back.

I love these crackers but I might stop buying them because the last packages that I have bought at Publix and Winn Dixie have had a rancid smell to them. It is a shame that the company is using old oil. This is the first time I smell this rancid smell on a cracker.I tried calling the company with no answer and the answering service is full.

I would like to say that your crackers are the best packaged crackers I have had in a long time. My only concern is that the last 3 packages that I have bought at Publix have had a rancid smell to them. The experation dates were 3/31/23 and 4/4/23. I took them back to Publix and made them open a new package dated 4/4/23 to prove it to them. Please check your manteca to see if that is the problem. I hope this was a positive constructive conplaint so I can keep buying them. Thanks
