These were my favorite crackers and I would go through 3-4 PACKS A WEEK! They are not cheap but the taste was so good I was spending the money to but them regularly. However, in recent months they have significantly lost their taste and quality. Really what they’re missing is the saltiness they use to have on top and it’s made all the difference in the world. Now they’re just bland and don’t taste like anything. They need to correct the recipe or people will stop paying...
I agree with most of the people who found them “rancias” I keep buying them but once in a while, more than once than in a while they have the smell. They should do something about because they are the best Cuban Crackers in Miami!
I would like to say that your crackers are the best packaged crackers I have had in a long time. My only concern is that the last 3 packages that I have bought at Publix have had a rancid smell to them. The experation dates were 3/31/23 and 4/4/23. I took them back to Publix and made them open a new package dated 4/4/23 to prove it to them. Please check your manteca to see if that is the problem. I hope this was a positive constructive conplaint so I can keep buying them. Thanks
