The fork and one plate were dirty, the fork had rice in the middle, the food was almost unable to eat. Really bad total disaster. Will not go there again.

Joel the manager on duty was very rude, disrespectful, unpleasant, unapologetic, aggressive, sarcastic and very inconsiderate. Not only was he rude to us but aggressively made a group of 8 move to separate tables after they were already seated by the host. His words were “ You are not going to do what you want in my restaurant get up and move”. As a manager or a leader that is not the way to handle business nor customers.My family is out of town and when he brought out food out he questioned us multiple times of who food was who after we told him. He then gave smart remarks as “I’m just asking”.He definitely needs to be retrained with Etiquette.

Worst restaurant ever!!! The manager (an old guy) he had an attitude and he was very rude. He should learn customer service at least to be a manager. It’s the only restaurant where the family of more than 6 people cannot sit together, saying that it is covid time. He a should go around to another restaurants and see. Owner of the restaurant: you should change the manager ASAP, it will be better for the restaurant. Another thing, the restaurant is at 30% capacity, three waitress and the food took almost 2 hours. Honestly worst experience ever!

I understand about social distancing, but they could not, would not accommodate a party of 7. We are here visiting my in laws and we are usually a group of 6. 4 adults and 2 kids. This time we decided to invite Abuelo. He made the 7th in our group. He felt soooo bad that we where leaving. He felt it was his fault for inviting him... "es mi culpa que nos fuimos. La próxima ves no me inviten..." I was heart broken. Luckily Texas took us in, no problem.

We arrive and were told that the wait was 25 to 30min. After 50 minutes we went back inside and waited a few minutes on the loby. The manager was very rude and had a bad attitude asking us to wait outside because of the covid. The place was not crowded and the tone of his voice was not corteous at all. We left to eat some where else
This place is a mess. The system here males no sense. Waiters and waitresses are all over the place. 1 1/2 hours total between when we were sited to then the food came. Then an additional 20min just for ketchup. Manager does not care and when I brought it up to him he said “we are trying”. Do not come here unless you have plenty of time to waste. Horrible service.

The food was awful. My son order the strawberry smoothie and it didn't taste like strawberry, my husband only reason he ate not even all the steak was because he was hungry. I do have to say their 2 for 1 margarita tasted better than my food. Service could be better.
