My experience was bad wait to be seated 20 minutes food was cold food took to the back to be microwave same food came out terrible experience will not be back I suggest someone go and check on this Applebee's before someone gets sick spoken with manager he said he didn't know same food came out from my previous food that I was eating

The staff was more concerned with watching the football game than dealing with their customers my curbside pickup order was incorrect three times before I had to go inside to get it corrected my survey code 973-401-1950 6447 valid so I couldn't leave a survey to how bad this service was if you want to watch the Super Bowl then take the day off don't work an environment where you're dealing with customers and ignoring the customers and giving out improper service in bad orders the guy who brought out the orders was trying his best but nobody was helping and even he stopped to watch the TV knowing that we had an order in Craig pending it was almost 40 minutes after my pickup time that I left with the correct order

It would be too much to say 1 star. I went with my partner and Emily, the waitress, spoke directly the entire time with my partner. She completely ignored me. The starter arrived after the food and the food arrived cold as if she were waiting for us. We told her it wasn't there. to taste and she responded but they have already eaten so there is obviously no problem when we try the food and put the plates aside. After so much going back and forth to the kitchen, he offered to make them new and we obviously said no because we all know what happens when you return a plate of food or they make it new. We left the food there and they still charged us. I don't recommend this place at all and there was almost no staff, I wouldn't be surprised.
