Aquabest sources their Tilapia fillets from a farm in Colombia, from clean and cold waters. Product is packed, shipped, and received at my location in premium form - rich red bloodlines and bright, translucent meat. This is NOT like the garbage you'll find from other areas! Do we run into an issue from time to time? Like any business, yes...but it is rare, and Aquabest will work swiftly to correct any problems as they stand 100% behind their product. My salesperson (Lucy) is great...very kind and takes an interest in me as a person, not just an account.
