I visit arbys after few months.Look nice and clean and extremely well service for the very first time. Thank God I did not see the lady general manager I think her name is Vilma. When she proudly arguing with me in front of my family. she tell me her name and said complain whoever you want I don’t dam care. She was very rude and have an attitude. People like vilma should be fired.

When you order online it's a disaster, when you go to pick it up they don't have the food, just like they don't have the sauces, very disorganized, although they have good customer service, the executives should check the items they have or not, they should look at how many restaurants are closing for that very reason 😒😟😠😳
