Mr. Juan M was our server. He was amazing! I had the grapefruit juice and my husband had the pineapple juice. They both were SOOOO GOOD! Fresh and sweet. I had one to go.

The best brunch experience in Miami. We stayed at the Kimpton Epic for 5 nights and never got sick of the hotel breakfast. It’s actually one of the highlights of our 5-day tour. The lobster & crab Benedict is soooo good. I had this single dish for five mornings. And the service is awesome and so welcoming!

The ambiance is very nice. The patio is a great place to eat. I had the lobster and crab benedict for brunch. It was good except for the English muffin under it. It was dry and didn't really even seem toasted. I think a crab and lobster Benedict should definitely be on something more buttery and toasted to complement the seafood. The service is good, but I did need to flag down my server to order another beverage. Overall a good recommendation, but there is some room for improvement.

Perfect spot for date night. Food was delicious with larger servings than expected. Dinner was so memorable that we decided to do brunch just two days later.
The outdoor patio is just simply a spectacular vista! The food and service were very good as well. Great spot for a intimate evening.

Last night I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Area 31 in Brickell, and once again, it was nothing short of outstanding. From the very moment I arrived, the guest service was impeccable — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Being guided to a beautifully positioned table with that stunning Miami skyline view was already a perfect start. The atmosphere was elevated even further by the music, which created the ideal vibe for the entire evening. The food itself? Exceptional — beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly prepared with passion and attention to detail. Every dish was a highlight. Overall, everything — from the reception to the view, the music, and the dining experience — came together flawlessly. I truly had a blast, and I'll definitely be coming back very soon.
