Somewhat limited menu; the food we had was delicious but not as high quality as the price would suggest. Great place to eat if you are staying at the hotel, but I wouldn't come here otherwise.

Had dinner last night. We were there right at 6 pm.
Food was slow to be brought. Henceforth 3 stars.

The grouper had 5 stars. Very good.
Lobster brioche had 1 star. Review and improve your recipe.

So I average it.

Marcus was our server, he was terrific and we had a great time on our first night ever in Miami!

The place is very well done, located on the 31st floor with an incredible view of Miami, which is definitely one of its strongest points. The atmosphere is more of a lounge or resto-bar than a quiet restaurant, with music, movement, and a lively vibe, so it’s not ideal for long conversations but great for enjoying the energy of the place.

The food is well presented and the seafood is fresh. The service is professional and consistent with what you would expect from a venue of this level. Everything feels well organized, from the lighting to the overall attention, and it’s clear the focus is on delivering a complete experience rather than just a meal.

Kid-friendliness: Not a kid-friendly place, as the atmosphere and music are more suited for adults.
Wheelchair accessibility: The venue has wheelchair access.

Overall, it’s a very enjoyable spot with a great atmosphere and a spectacular view, perfect for a special night out or to enjoy Miami from above.

Extremely chaotic, and one of the front desk is good, the rest of them are rude, food is mediocre, just save yourself the time.

For the price service is AWFUL. Expect to wait at least an hour for food and even just for a mimosa took 20 minutes.

Nice surroundings, friendly service (except the receptionists) good food on high prices, but it's worth it.

Breakfast was nice, fresh and came out quickly , sometimes was a que and had to wait 10 minutes to get a table but that didn’t matter to us, staff were great, especially the lovely lady who served our food I think her name was Alehandria, short ponytail , she really went above and beyond! Thank you

Except the view, everything else is terrible. Dishes are very small, not delicious at all, very small and expensive. It looks that the guests are only hotel guests. Not worth to visit.

We had brunch here while staying at the hotel, and it was a terrible experience.

The service was the worst part. Our initial table was awkward. When we requested a simple change, the tall server actually tried to gaslight us, dismissing our concerns about the seating placement. He only moved us after my husband intervened.
Once moved, he rushed us to order with no patience. After our food arrived, no one checked on us again—my water was never refilled, despite the staff tending to surrounding tables.

I ordered the Maine Lobster Egg Benedict ($32). For that high price, the eggs were completely overpoached—a fundamental mistake for a dish where a runny yolk is essential. The lack of technique is astonishing for a hotel restaurant charging these rates.

With rude service and poorly executed, overpriced food, do not waste your money here. Skip Area 31 entirely.

Highly recommend! The food was fresh and tasted good, and the staff was so nice. Really felt like they treat you as VIP. The view of the skyline is a perfect way to start your morning. I will be back!
