Upscale Israeli gastro Cafe. The drinks and the service made me nostalgic because I have missed that quality of coffee!

I was so excited to come here, since usually Aroma has delicious Israeli food and atmosphere. The experience I had was a complete disappointment. My group ordered shakshukas, a tuna melt, and a tuna salad. The shakshukas were GREY, and had something the texture of cabbage in the sauce. One was burnt at the bottom, and they only came with a single slice of bread. The tuna melt and salad barely had any tuna in them, and the sandwich sides were tiny.
The only redeeming feature was the frozen mint lemonade, but $9 for a single cup is ridiculous. All their prices are really high for the (lack of) quality you get.
If you can't stick to the original Israeli recipes, maybe change your menu. I wouldn't recommend or go back.

Aroma Espresso Bar is a gem! The coffee is phenomenal, and their pastries are out of this world. The atmosphere is chill, perfect for hanging out or working. The staff are super friendly and make you feel right at home. Definitely my new fave spot!

They sold it off, it’s no longer Kosher Style at all. Beef empanadas with cheese bourekas.
Dietary restrictions: Not Kosher Style anymore.
This place breaks my heart!! The service is SO friendly here and vibes are great. It’s also home to our FAVORITE JUICE BAR- But unfortunately the food portions at Aroma are actually ridiculously small and SO expensive for below average quality. I’ve tried so hard to support this place bc we live upstairs but you can’t seriously serve a Turkey sandwich with ONE SLICE of Turkey. The pasties are yummy but after trying a few things on their actual food menu we’ve decided it’s really just not worth it to pay $20 for sandwiches that are literally just bread and no substance.

Fantastic breakfast spot with great service and tasty food. The Great Avocado Toast is a must-try! Enjoying your meal outdoors on a nice day makes it even better, and the mini chocolate treat adds a sweet touch. Highly recommended!

The food is wayyyy overpriced. It's decent but not worth it. 17 bucks for one small slice of French toast with some fruits tossed around to make it look more elevated, no thank you.

If you're looking for Aroma the way it is in Israel just know they are nothing alike. The prices are very steep here and the food quality is mediocre at best. The food is nothing like the pictures. Our shakshuka had no sign of tomatoes even... The main ingredient 😐 Not worth $20. The tuna salad and tuna sandwich had very little tuna, mostly bread. And the salad was missing the hard boiled eggs. One thing that was done well was the piece of toast and mint lemonade. Although $9 for one lemonade is insane. Anyways, do not recommend. Not even close to the food and atmosphere I was hoping for when I went!

For an "espresso bar", the coffee was disappointing. In a race with office coffee, this would barely come in first.
Instead of bringing the items to the table, they call out your name on the speaker, in a restaurant that has a total of 5 customers in it.
They're also blasting Christmas music for some reason.

BE AWARE! This place adds a 12% gratuity even when you just order something at the counter. That’s is a rip off and on top of that they turn their screen for you to add additional tip !GRATUITY IS NOT MANDATORY ! There is no visible policy explaining that a 12% gratuity will be added!
