I was excited to try this place, but unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming and very disappointing. I ordered a burger and an espresso martini. The drink was warm and the burger was overcooked and lacked flavor. Service was weak and the food quality just didn’t match my expectations.

Beautiful place, the staff is very greedy and rude. They hide the happy hour menu on happy hour, you have to ask for it, they don’t allow you to sit on certain areas even though they are empty and not reserved if you want to use the happy hour menu. It’s a lovely rooftop but staff need to be more professional !

Anyway, a bill of $350 for Valentine's Day dinner for a couple and they give you horrible service, the food takes an hour to come out, the service is terrible. I asked for salt for my meat and it arrived after I finished it, I saw the waiter 3 times throughout the night, the ceviche had a very bad presentation and the drinks the same, it was not a good experience. And by the way, they force you to use the Valentine's menu, which was $99 per person and they don't tell you about that when booking.

Do not come to this place unless you want to waste your time. We had a 9:30 PM reservation, but there was a long line to get in, and even people without reservations were allowed in before us. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, we were finally seated. However, we waited two full hours for our food, which never arrived. The drinks took an hour to come after we sat down, and that was only after we kept asking the waiter for our drinks. Meanwhile, the people seated next to us, who arrived after us, received their food and finished eating while we were still waiting. Our waiter, Cristo, was giving everyone attention but us and was very unprofessional. Overall, it was a terrible experience. If you don’t want to waste your time, avoid this place!

Terrible service, we booked for Valentine's night and when we arrived we had to wait and wait in line even with a reservation. But also, they wanted to sit us on a sofa without a table since they didn't have more space. The food was good and our waiter was attentive but the food took too long to come out. They didn't refill the water glasses. In short, a nice place with very bad service, not worth the price at all.
Loved the atmosphere and vibe on this establishment it was just the food that unfortunately was not the best. I had to return the beef carpaccio which I never do at restaurants because it was simply not fresh. The restaurants environment though was fantastic.

We went to the restaurant last night, a group of 10 people. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff attentive, but unfortunately the experience was not the best. The drinks were a big disappointment. We ordered 3 mojitos that were so sweet they were undrinkable so we sent them back. When they brought the new ones, instead of mint, they had a slice of cucumber and they tasted more like cucumber water than anything else. To make matters worse, when we asked for the bill, we were surprised that they charged us for the drinks we returned, even though they were bad and we didn't drink them. I think there are several aspects that need to be improved!

Happy hour: small bowl of bagged potatoes: $10. Nothing more to say. Oh yes, the skinny Italian waiter/bartender (he seemed to be a supervisor or older) has been rude with out of character comments towards the customer that he could very well not have made. Spacious place with beautiful views
