We stopped by here for a quick lunch to go. We ordered the Chicken Avocado Sandwich, Chips, and water.The sandwich tasted very fresh with lots of salad in it, about 3 little one inch pieces of avocado and may 2-3 little tiny pieces of chicken. It was good, but more Chicken and Avocado would've been appreciated. But it was on the run, and I didn't check it until we got home. It was quick service though.

Cold soup, they said the steamers are cleaning, cold sandwiches they say the oven are self cleaning, sandwiches where horribles.... first time happens to me in au bon pain ... in new jersey is allways good
I purchased a protein power wrap and a colada (double espresso) sin azucar . I have never ordered at au non pain similar to many coffee shops because they do not have gluten free sandwiches. I will have to eat the inside of this wrap with a fork. But anyway you can always order drinks if you want to avoid gluten. The other items appear to be bread or sandwich products. Anyway most people shouldn’t have a problem. I do recommend
