This location is the worst I've ever had. The person manning this location was polite and helpful but the pastries were horrible. They were all wrapped in plastic without dates on them. They were all rock hard. I think the chain would be disappointed that their name would be on this location. I've never had bad products from other locations.

Purchased cheese danish that was rock hard. When we requested a refund they debated us on it for 5mins before getting a manager. The manager took his time to assist despite our flight boarding within the next 10 mins. I will not be purchasing again.

The employees who work here are very rude and lack customer service skills the blonde lady works her eyes at you and has a very condescending attitude I purchased a bagel with cream cheese that had been out since 1 pm it was 10pm the cream cheese clearly states keep refrigerated and they just continue to sell it…I also notified manager Humberto he just refunded me and left the other hot cream cheeses out with the bagels to be sold

I ordered a LARGE ice coffee and received an ice coffee in a 8oz cup. I told the lady at the register that I ordered a LARGE. She said “that is OUR large. $6.28 plus 79cent for vanilla syrup. Barely 8 oz. (receipt clearly says LARGE) The attitude and overall service of not wanting to explain…small medium large.. just outrageous. When you spend your money no matter the amount and yes I know airport prices are higher than average…you should not have to feel like you don’t matter when you’ve spent money with a business.

I just went to Au Bon Pain, the team today Wednesday May 29 at 8 pm is the best. It's unfortunate I didn't ask the names but there are three of them, two ladies and a boy! They are the best! Thank you for such good service! I don't have the names but I do have a photo. The breads they recommended to me are great! And the bonus bread! Incredible! Thanks guys.

My breakfast experience at au bon pain cafe bakery at Miami Airport was fantastic! The Chicken Avocado Egg baguette sandwich was perfectly balanced with tender chicken, creamy avocado ,some Swiss cheese and a velvety fried egg on a crispy baguette. The vanilla latte complemented the meal beautifully with its perfect blend of sweetness and bold coffee flavor. Overall, a satisfying and delicious breakfast choice that I highly recommend trying.
Bought wheat bread sandwich. The bread was full of mold. Not good for human consumption. Very dissatisfied.

Good service. I always order the chicken salad and I recently ordered the salad with veggies (chickpeas,red onions and tomatoes etc) no complaints but I’ll switch the dressing next time. Other than that the salad are very filling and delicious ? I haven’t tried the bakery products yet.
Dietary restrictions: Salads with veggies etc and they have these pies with spinach if you can’t eat meat.

I fly frequently to Miami for school and decided to try this place. I only had a brownie and sparkling water but it was pretty good. The staff are friendly and I really loved the diverse music they played. Their sandwiches and soups looked delicious as well.
