They are the best, I was so lucky to my lunch with them, the cashier even the gentleman who was cleaning the place was very friendly. And the food was good 👍🏼

I'm sure the savory options here are indeed a PAIN, but the chocolate brownie that I had satisfied me. It was rich and a lovely taste. My extremely low expectations were superceded by the lovely brownie. I would come again for the brownie. I do not endorse any of their other products though!

Even by the standards of airport breakfasts this place was rough. You’re better off going to Hudson News for food.

The cucumbers and tomatoes in my tuna salad were spoiled. So disappointing! They need to have better quality and freshness control.

We had breakfast here while waiting for our flight at the Miami airport, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The staff barely speaks English and got our order wrong several times. The coffee was terrible — it literally tasted like dirty water.

What surprised me the most is that they only offer regular cow’s milk. No cream, no plant-based options at all. As a vegetarian who hasn’t consumed dairy in a long time, I was shocked. I also can’t drink black coffee, so I tried to explain the situation to the staff and the manager, but they either ignored me or didn’t understand what I was saying.

Definitely not a place I would recommend.

Friendly and helpful team Concourse G 2nd level that prepared us delicious food with care. We liked that the pastries were fresh and individually wrapped making it convenient for bringing with us to eat later. The place was spotlessly clean, too. Outstanding experience!

I was truly disappointed with the Chicken Kale Wrap at Au Bon Pain. Despite of served cold, but it has absolutely no flavor. The combination of plain, unseasoned chicken with feta cheese, kale, and walnuts makes it taste as if you’re chewing on a ball of paper. Terrible experience — completely lacking taste and appeal.

This place is great, imagine Panera bread but less Panera. I went here with my wife and kids and they enjoyed it. The potato and tomato soup is great. I got a turkey avocado which was pretty good. If you see Juan at the sandwich bar you’re in good hands.

I just ordered a Pan de Bono, and for its quality I can tell the owners care very little for this store. I’m the client that doesn’t comeback.

Horrible. This place needs to step up or GO. Hard, day old sandwich. I was hungry and wasted my money on this crap.

I asked for a Latte! This is what I got,
A burning cafe con leche. This is not a Latte, where is the steam milk? The lady burned the coffee. Can’t even drink this. Please refund my card

I ordered a Turkey BLT and asked for it toasted. It was guven all fluffy they heated in in the microwave! It cost almost $20 for a sandwich heated up in a microwave!! Im so upset! Then thr guy offered to toasted my flight eas already boarding. The women there said this was not a baguette and thats the way they warm up sandwiches. So upset! What a waste of money!

Even for an airport, this place is ridiculously overpriced. The pricing is not transparent or upfront at all. They’ll charge you for every single slice of cheese they use, but they won’t disclose how many slices they’re adding or even ask how many you’d prefer. And at $1.50 per slice, it’s a frustrating experience.
