Very disappointed with the service at this Auntie Anne’s location. We went up to order pepperoni nuggets and were told they were completely out. No explanation, no offer to make more — just a flat “we don’t have any.”
As we continued shopping and later walked back past the store, we clearly saw plenty of pepperoni nuggets on display. It was frustrating because the employee could have easily explained there was a wait or that a fresh batch was coming out, instead of just saying they didn’t have any at all.
Poor communication and customer service. Definitely not the experience I expected.

I love coming to auntie Anne’s while shopping!! I am convinced I have come across the most polite individual in the entire mall!! He is a middle aged/ older gentleman that greets you with a smile, gives you your food and wishes you well!! Aside from the delicious pretzels, im always happy to see him and never leave dadeland without my auntie Anne’s!

Although the food tasted delicious the customer service experience with the older gentleman behind the counter (Fernando) would lead me to give this establishment negative stars. You can have the best food in the world but if you speak to people with an attitude and disrespect no food is worth it. My wife went back to try and speak to him with respect and courtesy but his rudeness continued. There was a nice lady behind he counter (Maria) who attempted to remedy the situation. I went back to speak with Maria to thank her for trying to fix the situation. Needless to say we won’t be back to this location again. It’s a shame because the others persons working behind the kiosk were so kind and were embarrassing by his actions.
