The reviews must be low for the Burlington/Cinnabon location. The Lacoste/Marshalls location has always treated me with respect. There is not a single location in Dolphin Mall that has even treated me with as much respect, compassion, and kindness as this location. The girls there are under constant stress with the busy loud mall, being in a kiosk that’s right in the middle. Yet they always smile, they put their effort, and take care of everyone. I think Google should differentiate between them. The Marshalls location is GOOD. May God bless these girl’s hearts. I don’t know how they do it.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Auntie Anne’s location. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and the customer service was terrible. I felt disrespected as a customer, and I will definitely not be coming back. I would not recommend this place to anyon

Told to wait 20 minutes and they didn't even start making the pretzels until 30 minutes later. Then instead of explaining anything or offering help they got mad and told us to leave when we were mad at them. They don't want customers so they dont get customers.

Wish I could give zero!!! Order two original pretzels… both were cinnamon in which this young boy grabbed with his hands not a napkin. Then asked for a few cheddar cheeses and he was so busy making jokes and fudging around with the co workers that he didn’t put them in the bag… WHILE in conversation with him about it. Gives a bad name for all young adults trying to work. While the rest of them were on phone. ALONG with a bunch of mini hotdogs sitting on the counter the whole couple hours we were at the mall. I will never eat at all aunt Annie’s as long as I live while that was the main reason we choose this mall.

Poor quality and bad customer service. My order was burnt and it actually hurt my tooth. When I brought it up to their customer service line the rep didn't bother to make any effort to act on my complaint. Over the years Auntie Anne's quality has decreased therefore this is the last time I'll be wasting my money here.

Orel was extremely rude, I asked him for pretzel nuggets and he told me they were only making pretzels I waited for my pretzel and noticed the people behind me were given pretzel nuggets. After he saw my face he realized I had noticed and tried telling the rest of his coworkers and gave me a RAW pretzel. I will be seeking legal action

I have bought several times, without problems, good product. But today something very unusual happened to me with the staff, according to the manager. I asked her if it was still open, surprised by the boy's gesture, a rather rude gesture. I asked him because he was upset he just wanted to know if he was open. Automatically, one of the employees at the cashier spoke to him and told him not to sell me. I asked him again why and he simply said no. We argued but I wasn't going to fall for their game. I see that they have many negative comments, I don't know why they don't do anything. Maybe it's the son of the dream, I don't know, but it doesn't justify the treatment of such a manager!!!!!!! Store in front of STEPS!!!
