Amazing place, I love the environment, the workers are very nice and polite, the customer service is excellent, the girls who work there are very sociable and they can see the experience. Very good everything they sell and excellent hygiene. I would give it 6 stars, but there are only 5.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. When we arrived the doors were locked and there were two employees inside. The employees refused to let us inside despite the fact that it was opening hours. They cited it being they’re time to clean but even after finishing cleaning they still would not let us inside.

What a shame, in such a nice location, rude and capricious attendants who don't give a damn about your food and yet expect a tip!! The 8$ orange juice was way past due, I'm sure they knew about it but just let me pay for it without saying goodbye or thank you. Shut this place down! An empty hole in the wall serves a better purpose.

I live in the complex for five years It’s easier for me to go to the dentist, then buying something in the bistro. Horrible service I really hope someone takes over this location. It has great potential.

Employees do not understand a single word of English. When 50% of this complex only speak English

And whoever owns this business or Please wake up and read the reviews of your your own business. Fix this Or sell this place Because it’s clear that the complex needs and wants a A proper bistro

You really need to get rid of everyone your business it’s contaminated with laziness. 0 Customer service.

Three people work at this location they’re always on the phone 📞 when you talk to them, they look at you like you’re bothering them

Loved the breakfast, the quality of breads were quite good and the texture of the sandwiches was so really crunchy, liked it. Talking about the service, the staff was very nice and friendly. I just loved the vibe of whole decor and interior design of this cafe. Was great environment in there. Thanks for such an amazing experience. Leaving a 5 star review...

I wish I had read the other reviews earlier because they are really spot on. The personnel in this place is always moody and borderline rude. To make matters worse this morning they were being unnecessarily clever leaving my order in the counter and saying I shouldn't have been with my earphones to hear them when I was the only person in the establishment and sitting in the only table of the place just next to the counter. These women need to be replaced with younger staff with the minimum social skills to give a decent service.

Before I ordered a tequeño from the lady working at the cash register I watched how she was counting cash and handling coins with her gloves. Then she proceeded to grab the tequeño I asked for with the same gloves she used to handle cash and that she rubbed on the back of her pants. I politely asked for another tequeño and for her to change her gloves before touching my food. I was yelled at in Spanish and was told that I don’t understand what they’re doing.

I am saddened by this experience and told them this before I left because I want to support local businesses but won’t be disrespected the way I was. I hope others have more positive experiences here in the future.

Also, their food isn’t even good. Like I said, I had been going to this market to support them.
