Despite restaurant being mostly empty all dishes took forever to come out. When they finally came out they were cold. Requested eggs over easy, and they came hard. Hostess wearing a very short mini skirt & mustache, & beard felt uncomfortable, not necessarily out of judgment, but because they forced me into a parenting moment I didn't sign up for while just trying to enjoy a brunch in a family oriented venue. My husband and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary with them yesterday. It was not on our plans but after failed attempts at two coral gables restaurants due to no reservations I remembered I wanted to go to North Italia a few months ago. By the time we reach the parking lot and after almost 3 hours, we were hungry and just overwhelmed. To our luck we didn't have to paid parking because of the time. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. The staff is friendly, but our service was not the best. Our server either had too many tables or was overwhelmed by a large party because he touched our table very sporadically and caused our dinner to take an hour longer than it should have. The food was incredible, so we will come back, but we hope to get better service next time.
