Today I had bad service at the Azúcar Ice Cream Shop. Yesterday afternoon I placed an order for a cake for Pick up today at 7pm Yesterday they told me that to place an order you have to do it 48 hours in advance but the girl who helped me spoke to the Manager and the manager told her that yes, today at 7 o'clock she was going to pick up the order today when it arrived there were three guys serving and told the girl who served me that she was going to pick up an order, the girl asks me my Name he told her and she tells me yes, wait a moment, the girl enters and leaves with the sheet of paper. Order checked the refrigerator but there was nothing, the girl came out several times and started laughing with the other girl and the boy who was there waited about 15 minutes and said girl, what's the matter, you don't bring me my Cake and he tells me sorry but he's not there and I told him how It won't be there if yesterday they confirmed that I would come today and they start laughing, I was so distressed that I took him and he said ok, I took him and that whole action of lack of respect went away. Towards me because if it's an order it has to be redy

If you are a huge fan of guava and maria cookies, then this ice cream spot is the one! It's so creamy, and the flavor profile is on point. They have other flavors that are just as good. Definitely recommend it for a hot day or whenever you are craving good ice cream. Also, the staff is very helpful! Can't wait to go back!
