Miami's food seen has become interesting, being a destination for various reasons meant we could have mediocre food and tourist would still come. Uchi is the unicorn, they stand out amongst the others because the experience never fails to impress. Chef Diane's brave and bold choices that make her cuisine come to life, extraordinary. Stephanie Martin is hands down one of the best servers I have ever encountered. Chef Roy and his team make succulent sushi for us every time. I never tire of going and seeing them. It's like Cheers, where everybody knows your name.

We had a really enjoyable dining experience here. Our waitress, Avery, was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious, and the sushi stood out in particular: incredibly fresh and high-quality. The hi-ball cocktails reminded me of Japan. The atmosphere was pleasant with great music that added to the vibe. We'll definitely be coming back!

Uchi is always a hit. Shared Hama chili, sake, a5 Wagyu hot rock, walu walu (don't skip on this) karage, spicy crunch tuna, ham and eggs roll (this was amazing) drinks tsurai -get this! Only negative is it stakes forever to get your drinks, they may need more bartenders. Otherwise great restaurant

The food was good as usual, fresh sushi and other great options for lunch. Cannot the lunch special and cocktails. However the service was very slow today and I was a little disappointed. I had to flag my waiter down numerous times and he didn't even check on us when our meal was served. I had come the week before and the service was great. Definitely not what I expected as I took my mom for lunch after a little Christmas shopping. Will give it another try.
