Ordered food at the counter...was charged an 18 percent tip. No warning up front. No option. And that was for them to hand me something at the counter...apparently because I said I was going to sit there to eat it rather than walking away to eat it.

Horrible don’t eat here, I order their “house mojito “ had no taste, no hints of mint, Nor alcohol is very watered down. Order the avocado burger it was bland and their salad had nothing It was straight out of the salad bag with zero condiments just remained lettuce. They automatically include gratuity in the bill they don’t give you an option. Don’t eat here!!!

This is their Chicken rice bowl. I asked several times when ordering if the chicken is grilled chicken and the payment counter person said yes. And I got this boiled/ shredded chicken. when showed he still insisted this is grilled chicken! the bowl tasted awful. I ordered to go and he gave me an already open packet which only had a knife and tissue. so I had to go back to get spoon. stir clear of this place.

The food is horrible. The Caprese Salad is awful. I told the waiter that it was horrible and he ignored me. The menu sucks. No options for vegetarians. The food in Miami Airport is just horrible. I've been flying to Miami Airport for years. The food has only gotten worse.
