This place is typical miami trash. Waste of money with nothing included. Don't pay to get in here

Hated the place. It’s such a scam. You pay to be there and CAN NOT be near the area where you can see the court or a security guard will tell you to move out. They should make it clear from the beginning that you are paying just to be in the area but cannot see the game from there! Do not fall for this trap!

A decent lounge located in Kesaya Center. Limited food options with full bar beverage menu. Set up was a bit clanky when we first entered where a few staffs we approached didn’t know how we could get a table for our reservation but once we were seated, service was great (there are 4 entrance but you have to check-in at the 2 center check-in point to get to your table). From server to superintendent, our table was frequently check on to make sure we had everything we needed as well as accommodating to my friend that was looking for a mocktail option. The lounge has private bathroom access and offers table, couch style, and bar seating area.Overall, not a bad lounge to watch the game though unless you are at edge table facing court (requires additional fee and reservation through sale rep in advance), you will most likely have limited view of live game below.

It’s game day and i’m so exited my friends are going to the bacardi lounge today.BIG game vs. Boston. The last time we went to the lounge we had such an amazing time. The food was sooooo good and our bartender scar was on point. The wings tho!Perfect to pair with a guava margarita.I used to hate going to games with my the crew but now i love it because it’s like we are at a cool restaurant but at the game.Kills 2 birds with one stone.Smart move Miami Heat. Smart Move!!!!

Kid-friendliness: laid back fun and exciting. Even the heat mascot comes up there sometimes.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service at the Bacardi Ocho Lounge, and I have to give credit to Jose Ferrofino (The Manager) for his exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, Jose went above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable time. I wholeheartedly recommend a visit to the Bacardi Lounge, and I cannot stress enough the positive influence Jose Ferrofino had on my experience. His dedication, expertise, and genuine hospitality truly made the evening exceptional. I look forward to returning and enjoying the incredible atmosphere, excellent drinks, and the wonderful service that Jose and his team provide.

Scarlet and Steve (the bartenders) as well as other staff members make the place feel like home, (if your home had a full court with NBA players coming to visit and play for your entertainment.)

Recently went to a Heat Game and my friend brought me to the Bacardi Lounge. It was beautiful! What a great way to watch the game! It’s like the ultimate sports bar BUT it’s at the game.To hear the crowd cheer while sipping on Guava Margaritas is a total vibe that’s unmatched! Be sure to look for the bartender named Scar. I know it sounds gangsta but she’s is far from. She was great and somehow remembered my drink and how I liked it the 2nd time we visited. Wow!Oh and the califlower nachos were a hit as a shared snack.

Bacardi Ocho Lounge is always a fun atmosphere and the servers and bartenders are always great. The food is great too without a long wait. Scar Brock one of the bartenders always has a friendly smile and demeanor and even has time to converse with me albeit busy at times. Highly recommend anyone who hasn’t been to give it a try.Ian C.

The bacardi lounge has changed the way me and my friends enjoy going to the games. We all love the food selections. The Butter Crab roll from pubelly is a force to reckon with..The wagu hot dogs are delicious and the best part is the drink selections.Premium!!1942 and claze azule!!!!!Somehow I always end up with the bartender Scar and she knows how to make a drink and make you feel like a real VIP. She’s attentive to detail, consistent and always has a fun story to tell. Makes us all look forward to going back. They even have staff that will come to you and check on you to make sure everything is good. Something more dining establishments need to do. Overall it’s a good look and it’s part of the reason we got season tickets. The lounge is a game changer PUN intended!!

Lounge was comfortable and experience overall very nice. Staff was really attentive and always available to help. However, food was absolutely overpriced and quality was poor. Food tasted like cheap oil was used to fry their meals. Maybe sushi was the only meal that I enjoyed. I don’t think it’s worth the price.

Access to the club was included as part of the Miami Heat game ticket. It wasn’t clear if food & drink were included or not. Food and drink were not and it seemed overpriced.

The lounge is great. However, don’t nickel and dime like this. I live in Wasington,DC, I flew to Miami with my two teenage sons, and we sat 2nd row adjacent to the Heat bench. To be clear, we enjoyed every second and I can’t wait to come back to a Miami Heat game. The lounge staff was nice and the food was great. However, why I am paying 1500 for tickets and then still have to pay for lounge food. I would rather be charged $200 more to have lounge access be free. People pay for experiences, especially when traveling from out of town. Please try to accommodate that instead of adding inconveniences. Irrespective, I will be back …we had a great time and we love the Heat. Just say’in.
