I was in a bit of a rush and in the area so I stopped in for a quick breakfast. Knew this cafe was already at the level of incredible. So on the advice of the server I had a giant financier with a latte and then a smoked salmon sandwich (hold the avocados cause I have a sensitivity to them).

Incredible. Blown away by the use of raspberry to bring a fruity & tart pairing to the financier. Immaculate presentation. And the mysterious salmon sandwich I'd love, was a smoked salmon club with like a tartare-like sauce. Everything was sublime. Including service and the ambience was delightful and calm.

Delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere. Perfect place to enjoy and share with family and friends. We had a great experience and will definitely come back!

Very disappointing and insensitive experience!
I had a very bad experience at Bachour Coral Gables. We ordered our food with the waiter, and immediately after he left the table, we had a medical emergency that required us to call 911. We informed the girls at the front desk that we were sitting at a table, had already ordered, and needed to leave immediately due to the emergency. They simply said “okay.”
While we were actively on the phone with 911, staff came outside to confront us and demand payment because the food was supposedly ready. Despite explaining multiple times that we needed to leave, they refused to let me go without paying. This was extremely stressful and inappropriate given the situation.
Since I was forced to pay, I asked them to at least pack the food. Out of 4 items ordered and paid for, they only packed 1. I had no choice but to leave because of the emergency.
The lack of empathy, poor communication, and unprofessional handling of a medical emergency were shocking. I understand business policies, but there has to be basic human compassion and proper customer service. Unfortunately, this experience left a very bad impression, and I would not recommend this location based on how the situation was handled.

We came for a family brunch! To start, we got the burrata and the chilequiles nachos. The burrata was good - the citrus and kumquat marmalade was pretty flavorful, but not an out of the world dish. The chilequiles was a family favorite - there was so much chicken and cotija cheese, with the addition of the red onions and sour cream, the tomatillo and cilantro, it was so well seasoned and overall delicious. For meals we got the: Salmon Benedict, Bachour breakfast sandwich, the Spanish scramble, steak and eggs and brunch burger. Everyone liked their dish - the salmon Benedict and steak and eggs were cooked to near perfection, the brunch burger was yummy, the Spanish scramble was a hit - with lots of flavor! The Bachour breakfast sandwich was a bit bland and lacking in overall flavor but it was well made. We of course ordered pastries to end the brunch and they were all great! The Dubai croissant was the family favorite, but we also loved the Ferrero roche pastry.

Waiter failed to bring hot water requested with lemon and maple syrup at time plates were delivered. Sides of bacon came out 15 mins after the breakfast plate and I requested the maple syrup again and was charged 3.00 for a side of syrup to go with French toast that wa more than 1/2 way finished. I paid the bill without looking, however I would have asked for that to be removed. I would go back again and give this place another shot.

When I first moved to Miami 3 years ago, a friend took me to Bachour Coral Gables for Sunday Brunch. The food was superb that I had to go back- 5 TIMES. PS- My mother loves Bachour Coral Gables.

The food was exquisite. The desserts were delicious pieces of art. I only wish there was a location near me on west palm.

Best pastries in Miami. Service was excellent and inviting. We come every time we are in town. Not to be missed!

I visited this place in the afternoon because of its high Google rating. The desserts look beautiful, and the macarons I had on site tasted good.

However, the service made me feel very uncomfortable. I was clearly waiting in line while a couple in front of me was asking about flavors. When another customer came behind me, the staff skipped me and served the person behind me first, then came back to me after that customer left. This felt very disrespectful.

I also bought a cake to take back. It was packaged very well, so I didn’t realize no utensils were included. When I opened it later, there were none, and I had no way to eat it.

Good desserts don’t make up for poor service. This experience was disappointing.

We stopped by a quick lunch and it was an experience. The location is a lot larger than I expected, with a very extensive courtyard patio (that could use a bit of cozying up). The displays of pastries and sweets are breathtaking!

The highlight of the lunch was definitely the mezze platter, with the kibbeh and labneh stealing the show. The ribs were a bit over-sauced and the burrata was more bitter than expected. The salad portions are very generous - we shared a salad per 2 people - but were not outstanding. For the price point, we were expecting something a bit more special.

The flan croissant was decadent and a must try! The petits gateaux were visually stunning but a bit too sweet for me. What they lacked in textural diversity, they certainly made up in presentation! I would be interested to try the macarons and bonbons next time.

With my meal, I ordered the mint tea and would have love a bit more intention put into the tea service presentation (maybe a nicer teapot and loose leaf teas). For a place with such a heavy dessert focus, I have high expectations for the hot beverage pairings. Would also love some more non-caffeinated hot beverage options like a golden milk or rooibos chai!

Only went to try their croissant. It was OK compared to the best croissants I’ve had, outside was not flaky (I went in the afternoon so maybe the moisture got in), became better after a quick reheating which also made it a bit dry. Inside was buttery but a bit too coarse and not as soft.
