I have been a 20' year customer of Bagel Express. Always had a great product, always. As of today, it is the worst product in the market. I bought 6 bagles at 7:30am on Sunday. Sign says open at 7am. You would think fresh bagels exist. I can assure you with all that i am, the bagels are yesterday's bagels. When i asked the owner/manager, who now needs a translator to communicate, she insists she bakes all day and if i was unhappy, i could bring my purchase back for refund. I simply advised it was too far for me to do so and more importantly, i would just never return. Another Icon of Kendall gone. New owner wouldn't know a fresh bagel from her elbow.

Been coming here for 20 years. Previous owner a bit ornery but knew how to run a business . Kept it incredibly clean. Now the ceiling tiles are nasty and AC vents are full of dust. What’s the kitchen look like?New owner/s are running it into the ground.I walked in last week to order lunch but they were so slow to receive customers it was apparent I’d be waiting a long time. I left.Tried again today - not realizing it was close to closing. 1:57 pm. I walked in and the staff blurted out “we’re closed”. I asked what time they close, as the door says 2pm. He just sat there counting his cash and could care less.How much profit is there selling bagels? I’d imagine it’s not a mountain of cash.Are you really doing so well that you can send $$ away?Bravo if you are! In my experience that’s the kiss of death and a sign of struggles……Good luck!

WAS the best bagel place in Miami. The staff in the front are very unfriendly some chubby guy and a short girl with a darker skin tone. It’s a real shame I used to like this place and my mom used to get bagels from this place all the time we’ve been customers for years ever since we first moved to Miami . The place has changed so much I guess that’s what happens when it’s under new management. Don’t like the new look either miss the old mom and pop feel to it

It’s been a while since I’ve been here it used to be decent… came today got the egg & cheese sandwich and it had no flavor, super bland. I see it’s not the same owner, that could be the explanation for this .. Don’t recommend

Do not recommend. The owners look very unprofessional and the way they treat the workers is sad. Bagels also taste stale and the tables are always a mess.

New owners don’t know how to run a business … they close at 2 pm but I went at 1 pm and they said they couldn’t make me a turkey sandwich bc they cleaned the machines because they were closing at 2. The quality in bagel has def. Changed doesn’t have much taste. So unfortunate I loved this place so much! :(
This place used to be so much better. The bacon was borderline burnt and the sandwich looks like it was thrown together in 1.5 minutes. They also told me they had iced lattes and they proceeded to give me a cold latte with no ice in a styrofoam cup with a poorly fitting lid. Will not be back, Outrageous Bagel on 107 ave is way better.

The food is good and hasn't changed since the new owners took over but the service definitely has. We've been giving them a chance weekend after weekend but it doesn't seem that anyone knows what they are doing. Too many chefs in the kitchen...literally. The order taker takes down the order but when you get your order something as simple as cold chocolate milk and large cafe con leche come out as large hot chocolate milk and small cafe con leche. A bagel ordered un-toasted, gets toasted. It's each and every time for the past couple months and we are not going back for some time because it's not even enjoyable anymore and disappointing that the simplest orders just don't come out right.

One of the BEST salmon bagel in town! The dough is very soft big amount of salmon and also the potato salad is one of the best sides you can choose :)

Just left The Bagel Express and have to say that the Lox platter is on point! $15 but worth it, comes with your choice of bagel, spread, salmon and all the fixings, potato salad and pickle on the side. Suggestion would also be to add a wedge of lemon and use Vidalia onion instead of white. Also took home to try a plain and cinnamon raisin bagel. Total was over $20 including tip. Excellent location and quick service!! Will be back.

Ive been a loyal customer to henry (previous owner) for years but let me tell you something… the new owners are just as great as henry! The new menu they created is amazing, from the empanadas and sandwiches to the best thing ever, which are the media lunas! Delicious and freshly made! Friendly staff, great customer service, Elijah always makes your breakfast with love! Great job bagel express!
Man… I miss the old owners. You’ll he be missed.
