Everything was absolutely amazing. The only downsides to my visit were that our food came out sporadically. I and another person in my group were almost finished with our food by the time the plates for the others in my party received theirs. And the other was that I was told that the lady who makes the conch batter hadn't arrived yet, and that was the main thing on the menu I was craving and wanted to try. It was 12pm when my party dined. Would've given it 5 stars otherwise. So my advice would be to call ahead of time to make sure what you'd like on the menu is available.

This was a great find. Good food and the feeling like I was back home in the Bahamas. You need to experience it for yourself. Loved it.

Mario was a sweet guy. He was very calm and compassionate to the customers. The food was good, but he made the day a lot better for me. We asked him about himself, and he told us his story, and it's really sweet. I hope he sees this review.

Food was fresh and hot. Reminded me of being back home. Definitely will come back again. The service was great and the ambiance definitely felt like i was eating in my grandma's kitchen

Small family restaurant - not fancy- but the food was very good! Best fries I’ve had in a long time. We ordered the pork chop which was very good and the waffle/ chicken combo - nothing great about the waffle but the chicken was tasty! Broasted and juicy . Overall, Good food , service and a friendly

As a Bahamian I pride myself in whatever I do because I am representing the Bahamas. I drove 5 hours from my home to attend a banquet and was excited when I found a Bahamian restaurant on google. This is the worst restaurant I have been to in my life. The food tasted like 3 bottles of salt was poured into it. Anyone who eats here is setting themselves up for Adverse medical problems. The staff at the counter was rude. They had a young man working for them, picking up dirty plates from the tables, and paid him four dollars. When the young man ask them for food, because he was hungry, they stated that they paid him his wages. I ended up paying for a plate of food for their employee. We all have a God to meet and the way we treat others must be accounted for…. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and the people who is supporting this establishment should stop. This is an awful representation of the Bahamas.

Happy Saturday, this new restaurant my sister hook me up to. It is called the Bahamian Pot talkin about some good food. I had me some boiled fish and grits, with some type of bread and the food was absolutely delicious. So I had to go back and try the fried grouper with mac and cheese and green beans. I had to witness to one of my brothers about this picture that they have on the wall, the picture kind of turns me off. But the food was great ?? check out my photos. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-star for the food. And another 5 star for the nice people that serve the food. Very friendly.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Keep up the good work we're watching and praying for you.?Kid-friendliness: I didn't come with any kids. However the place is clean and the tables are spaced apart. ?

Don't waste your time or money here. The service here is abysmal. I came here on a Saturday morning and my group wasn't even greeted and sat down when we arrived. It took 20 minutes for the waiter to even bring us a menu and we had to ASK for it. No one offered us any drinks. Our food and the food of the other patrons came sporadically. The food for the entire table should ALWAYS come at the same time. The waitress waited until she had already given two people at our table their food (again, 15 minutes apart) to tell the third person at our table that they didn't have anymore of what she had ordered. The food was mediocre and bland. The waitress was not apologetic nor attentive. I try to patronize black businesses whenever I can but I will never come here again.
