From all the reviews I read, I was expecting much more. My friend ordered the vegetarian cauliflower dish with pistachio mole and it was completely tasteless. She had to season it with extra salt and hot sauce to get some flavor going. The enchilada suiza was good but the chicken tasted as it's been frozen and tawed more than once. The cocktails were amazing. A little pricy but you're talking design district/Wynnwood so it's expected. Maybe would go back to try...
This was our second visit, we ordered Bakan ceviche, short rib tacos, chicken taco tray and bread pudding, and everything was DELICIOUS!!! They serve freshly made crispy/soft corn tortillas which is very addictive. Our server Tanisha was great, and we had another great lunch date. Just one request, please update your website menu, the prices on it and at the restaurant are different.
Good food and fast service! Margs were outstanding. The short rib tacos were amazing! The brownie dessert fell short, was hard on outside like they nuked it too long. Also disappointed they didn't do more for Cinco de Mayo around dinner time. Overall great place and would return.
