My whole family loves Bake Bar and Mailyn! All the cakes she has made for us have been exceptional. She has an incredible variety of flavors and combinations. Recently I posted a picture of the lemon elderflower cake she made for my sister's birthday. The flavor was perfection and the decoration with colorful fresh flowers was beautiful! You can taste the difference when quality ingredients are used, without compromising market competitiveness and value. Mailyn always is the constant professional and always focused on making your your idea or dream a reality. I'm excited she's making the cake for my youngest daughter's wedding in December at the Biltmore.

Mailyn is one of a kind. She has been making cakes for all our family events for 3 years now, so it was no surprise we wanted her to make our wedding cake. We tried all of her delicious flavors but ultimately decided on our favorite, her marble rum.She designed the perfect cake for us to cut and packaged boxed pieces for our guests to take home.Not only that, two weeks before the wedding, we realized we needed about 100 more servings. No problem for Mailyn. She didn't even flinch! People are still raving about how delicious our cake was and we couldn't be more grateful for her!

Mailyn is the absolute sweetest. I knew we would choose BakeBar from the moment we walked into their adorable shop. The tasting was super unique - she had a special box with the cake flavors dressed as cupcakes. We fell in love with her chocolate cake and she made us a special oreo buttercream for our wedding day. Our cake came out stunning.
