Greg Columbia food a little expensive for what it is
I went today October 18, 2025 and ordered Salmon and the waitress brought me a different fish, it was good so I kept the order. This waitress also forgot a drink from the table next to me. She needs to write down the orders, she forgets what the customers are ordering. This does not happen on Sunday.

Excellent local Latin restaurant. Sopa de Campo was hearty with meat and veggies. Crema de Calabaza was great. Daily specials include soup M-F with variety of chicken, pork and fish. $10,99 is a great deal.

Food was delicious. Personal preference is things diced a bit smaller (tomatoes/onions, etc) but the flavor was delicious. Service was outstanding. We had breakfast. Portion was big and satisfying.

đ˛ Bamboo Restaurant (Miller): Where Soup Gets a Standing Ovation
Letâs be honest this isnât just soup. Itâs a full on flavor summit. The broth is rich and soulful, the meat tender enough to make your fork feel like a VIP, and the potatoes and herbs? Theyâre not just garnish their co stars.
The avocado and lime on the side are like the cool cousins who show up and make everything better. And the beer? Cold, confident, and clearly proud to be part of the ensemble.
Bamboo doesnât just serve food it serves moments. That bowl feels like it was made by someone who knows your name and your favorite childhood memory. If comfort had a Colombian accent and a great playlist, it would taste exactly like this.has a great home made soup

Best Colombian food in Miami. They take a bit long during lunch, but itâs worth the wait. Just go expecting it to take longer. The lunch specials are big portions and good price. My favorite restaurant in the neighborhood.

The food at Bamboo Restaurante is absolutely delicious, with exquisite flavor in every dish. The chicharrones are outstanding-crispy and full of flavor. But what truly sets this place apart is the service: the staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to offer the best experience. An excellent visit from start to finish!

My family and I have been coming to this location for at least 15 years. The food is always good, and service is impeccable. Our wonderful waitress recommended the chicharron ceviche and as usual it did not disappoint!

Waited 20 minutes past the ready time for my food to be done on a pickup order
Everything was amazing, I had an issue with my pasta being on the runny side and it was taken care of. Great service great food.
