While staying at the HGI, I stumbled into the Bar Flamenco and the girl behind the bar, Chloe, was an absolute delight. She made great drinks, was very entertaining and actually made me want to sit and stay awhile. As the only woman at the bar, which lots of women try to avoid, it was comfortable, welcoming and lifted my spirits after a long day away from home. Would absolutely go back anytime. Keep up the great work!

This hotel lobby is clean and has plenty of seating. There are decent food options such as churrasco for $29, soups and salads, and hand held items. I chose the ahi tuna salad that included mango bits, spinach, cucumbers, radishes, and avocado. They also have hot tea such as earl grey and green tea. The service was okay. I was dining alone and the waitress wasn't that personable. She didn't refill my water. For dessert, the options are flan, a sundae, churros, and chocolate mousse. The tuna salad, the flan, and a tea, came out to around $35. Heads up, 18% Gratuity is auto added to your bill.

The food is just ok. The service is just ok. Like I saw on another review they add a 18% tip and they leave a line on the bill to add your tip. I'm a good tipper but just adding it and not letting you know is not ok. Not unless you are in a party over 6. I have submitted a complaint with hilton corporate. Still waiting for a call back from the manager. I will never stay at the hotel again and I make an effort to stay at a Hilton property. That is being reevaluated.

We stayed in the hotel where this restaurant is and decided to give it a try and I am so glad we did. The food was delicious and the staff was amazing and kind. It was a wonderful experience and next time we are in this area, we will definitely be eating here again.

I had a great experience here! The food was fresh and very tasty, cocktails were well made, and the service was great! The poor server, Tae, was all by himself, running around putting together go orders, bussing tables and seating guests all on top of serving all the tables... and even still he provided excellent service with a smile! We had the Yuka bites, mahi tacos, Long Island ice teas, and an ice cream Sunday for dessert and everything was very good and the presentation was lovely!

I ordered the chicken empanadas and took one bite and they taste old and told the waiter he still charged me and wasn’t customer friendly!!!! Horrible

We checked into the hotel late in the evening and decided to check out the restaurant. as soon as we entered, no one even paid attention to us, we waited to be offered a table, it took about 10 minutes and the people who came later we were immediately seated at a table. then the waitress said you can sit at any table. and we waited another 10-15 minutes for the menu to be brought to us, but it was never brought and I had to go and take it myself. when she finally approached us and took our order after 30 minutes of waiting at the table… she mixed up my husband's order. drinks would never have been brought to us if I had not reminded her of this. then I reminded her to bring us the forks and knives. now about the kitchen: the fish is overcooked (it was probably previously frozen) the pasta was spicy (although I warned her that I can’t eat spicy food)And when they brought us the check, it showed a tip automatically included in our bill. after we talked with the chef/manager, they removed the tip from the bill.this is the worst restaurant and worst service.

I was given a menu and ordered a water. After that I never got checked on again and nobody was in here. Waited for almost an hour. Horrible service. Did not end up eating because I still have not been checked on.

The food was OK, about what you'd expect for a hotel bar/restaurant but the service was terrible. Every drink we ordered was wrong (mojitos arrived as margaritas, voda soda showed up as coke and who knows what). And everything moved incredibly slowly, we finally gave up. Never again
