Spectacular!!!! It was like being in my beautiful Ecuador ??❤️The attention was top notch, the dishes were delicious and well served, my husband ordered a broth 10/10, my daughter and I had an encebollado 10/10.To drink we ordered Quacker 10/10 and a green club served in a jug dressed in white like a bricklayer's tap ?.The dishes were on the table in a matter of minutes, the bathrooms were very clean and the menu was very complete.I already want to go back ??

The high prices also scam you, you have to be very attentive because they give you the total of the bill including the tip but they don't tell you that and they add the tip again to that

I ordered meat apanasa and pataconesThe patacon they gave me was half ripeAnd the meat had a lot of oil. The truth is, it was not to my liking. It was very expensive for what they offer.

The prices are sky high, the waiters look like IESS secretaries, they don't even give you water. The most expensive bottle of water in the Orlando parks, and on top of that the bill already comes with 20% of the tips included... and they are so shameless that they bring you the pen to see if you can add more.....Like not to come back....

I went to eat with my wife. I am not complaining about the very good food, since it is difficult to find good Ecuadorian seasoning in Florida. The problem lies in the bill, according to our accounts, the seafood dish with the casserole was not more than 55 assuming the drinks cost approximately 10 dollars, a total of 65 + taxes total 72, however the tip was already charged and they did not notify us We also left an additional tip and the final charge to the card was more than 102 total... and we approved a lower amount.. Recommendation for the food YES but the service ZERO because even though it was a few dollars is not honesty and it was not what we signed up for. I WILL NOT COME BACK

Dear Manager/Owner of Barzola Restaurant 4860 Nw 7th St Miami, Fl.I am writing to you not only as a customer of Restaurante Bzola but also as someone concerned about customer service practices and transparency in business. Following a concerning incident that occurred on the night of Sunday, February 25, 2024 at your Miami location, I attempted to contact you directly the following day to discuss the matter in a cordial and constructive manner. Unfortunately, I was informed that it was difficult to contact you directly, but I was assured that I would receive a call from you. More than 24 hours have passed since then, without any response. The reason for my initial concern, and now this text, is a specific incident related to the billing and collection process at your restaurant. At the end of our dinner, we were asked to pay through a dataphone without having previously been presented with a detailed invoice. Upon request, we discovered that an additional 20% charge had been included on the total, presumably for tip, without our explicit consent. Even more alarming was the attempt at a second tip charge on top of the already increased amount, a practice that I consider deceptive and potentially illegal. My intention in seeking to communicate with you was to offer constructive feedback to prevent future similar incidents and reinforce customer confidence in your establishment. However, given the difficulty in establishing this direct dialogue and the seriousness of the situation, I am obliged to consider other options to ensure that appropriate measures are taken.I have decided to share my experience on social networks, with the aim of informing future clients about the need to carefully review their invoices before making payment. This measure seeks to prevent others from experiencing similar situations and promote transparency and honesty in business practices.Furthermore, I have discovered that I am not the only one affected by these types of practices in your restaurant. A family member, who was also a customer at your establishment, shared a similar experience and expressed his decision not to return due to these problems. Clearly there is a pattern of behavior that needs to be addressed. It is important to remember that the tip is a voluntary gratification that reflects the customer's satisfaction with the service received, and should not be imposed, much less duplicated, without consent.I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that this situation will be taken as an opportunity to review and improve your restaurant policies. Customer trust and satisfaction are critical to the success of any business, especially in the hospitality industry.Sincerely,

Avoid at all costs! We heard from friends this restaurant isn’t the best. However, my husband and I were craving Ecuadorian food, so we gave it a try. He got so sick that he said he would never return to this place! Yesterday February 20, 2024, I wanted to give a second chance to this restaurant and brought my mother. The food wasn’t bad this time. However, we finished eating and the waitress took our cards, my mom asked her for “Queso Chonero”. We got two pieces for $26, the waitress a Salvadorian lady never brought the check, but she since she took our cards she decided to charge our cards, when we did the math things were not making sense, we requested her to bring the original check. She brought the check, and we realized she added the cheese on our original check to get more on a tip, since is an “automatic” 20% tip. Very convenient to add $26 MORE to get a bigger percentage for her tip! She thought we were not going to realize what she did. That’s not being smart, that’s stealing. that’s illegal! It’s like we go to the supermarket to get cheese and get charged 20% for buying cheese. she acted like we were saying something crazy and said the system doesn’t let her make any return. We were wondering how many people have done that? Many people don’t check the check. So sad to receive this service and see they take advantage. We will never be back!
